Meet the General Manager

Chad began his career with Caesar's Entertainment 18 years ago. The casino business has been Chad's only job and passion since graduating college. Chad graduated from Millikin University in 1994 with a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and from Western Kentucky University in 2008 with a Master's Degree in Business Administration.

Throughout his 18 years, Chad has held several positions with the company including Director of Casino Marketing, Vice President of Marketing & Hotel Operations and most recently Assistant General Manager for Horseshoe Casino and Hotel in Bossier City, Louisiana.

Chad currently serves on the Northwest Louisiana Red Cross Board of Directors and won the Caesars Entertainment Excellence in Leadership Award earlier this year. Chad has been married to his wife Nikki for the last 16 years and they have two wonderful children.
