No. For the most part no casino experience is necessary to be considered for employment at the casino. The most important requirement for applicants is an upbeat and positive attitude and a desire to provide great customer service. Harrah's will provide full training for most positions, however there will be some specific positions that do require experience requirements (e.g. accountants, chefs, etc.). Each posting will include a job description and list necessary requirements.
