The Gift Shop and Destinations Kiosk carry boutique inspired Horseshoe logo apparel and many unique gifts as well as products created by local Cleveland vendors. The stores also carries one of a kind King Baby® jewelry and a collection of custom Swarovski® Crystal gift and fashion pieces.

The gift shop is located in the Collection Auto Group Centre on the corner of Ontario Street and Prospect Avenue. Enter the gift shop from Prospect Avenue.

The kiosk is located on the Lower Level of Horseshoe Casino by The Spread Buffet and Tower City Entrance.
