Neros restaurant features dinner entrées that include fresh seafood, large Maine lobster flown in daily, lamb, chicken and USDA prime steaks aged to perfection. Located just off the hotel lobby inside the Augustus Tower, Augustus Café is a 24-hour casual dining experience that features a diverse, mouth-watering array of cuisine. It's clean, modern lines and airy décor offer a relaxing respite from your Vegas adventures. Augustus Café has a gorgeous atrium section overlooking the magnificent Roman Plaza.
The atrium section can accommodate up to 70 guests for a private event. There is a $2500.00 minimum that must be spent in food and beverage combined, not including tax and service fees.

Décor: This is the ninth and only namesake restaurant for Bradley Ogden, and the ambiance and décor reflect his modern, rustic style. Vivid earth tones and warm woods create a relaxed dining atmosphere. Balancing simplicity with sophistication, there are varied elements that enhance the fine-dining experience, such as a fireplace in one dining area, a magnificent wine wall and casually elegant lounge area.
The Vision: Farm-to-table ingredients are always at the heart of Ogden's work. This dedication to tradition and quality means using the freshest ingredients available, combining them so that the flavors, colors, and textures bring out the best in each other.
The Menu: Bradley Ogden's celebrated New American Cuisine takes center stage. Using the freshest ingredients available from West Coast ranchers, farmers, and fishermen, Ogden reinvigorates favorite regional American dishes. Joined with his son, Bryan Ogden, the two generations present such seasonal gems as Alaskan Ivory Salmon with Artichoke Hearts and Lobster Gremolata, Crispy Black Bass and Charred Squid Salad, and Vintage Summerfield Prime New York Strip Steak with Crème Frâiche Whipped Potatoes.
Our Bradley Ogden restaurant has a chef's table, which is a completely private room that seats a maximum of 14 guests. There is an $1800.00 minimum that must be met in combined food and beverage. We also offer a private dining room and a semi-private dining room. The private dining room can seat 40 guests. The semi-private dining room can set up to 60 guests. Minimums for these rooms do vary based on availability.

Empress Court

The elegance of this gourmet Chinese restaurant is surpassed only by the skill of its Hong Kong chefs and the freshness of ingredients used in preparing the finest authentic Chinese delicacies. Empress Court was named Best Asian Restaurant in the staff poll of the Las Vegas Review-Journal's 20th Annual "The Best of Las Vegas" reader survey. Located on the second floor of the resort's ornate Palace Tower, the Empress Court is rimmed with intimate outdoor terrace seating (available for private parties) overlooking the Garden of the Gods, and offers one main dining room and three private dining rooms.
One private dining room is a single table which seats 14 guests for a minimum of $1500.00. The other room seats a maximum of 30 guests with a $3000.00 minimum. This room has access to a private patio, which overlooks Caesars Palace Garden of the Gods. For parties larger than 35, Empress Court has a semi private section that accommodates a maximum of 50 guests, for a minimum of $4500.00. This also has a private patio overlooking our magnificent Garden of the Gods.

The Hyakumi (pronounced ya-COO-me) Japanese Restaurant & Sushi Bar features a wide assortment of Japanese beers as well as other international beers, sake and wines by the glass, fresh sushi and sashimi prepared by master chefs, Teppan-Yaki style cooking and Japanese à la carte dining. The décor of the restaurant is a garden-style restaurant and sushi bar, with traditionally costumed servers.
Hyakumi is great for team building events, wedding receptions, and corporate dinners; the Teppan Yaki tables are available for semi private parties.

Caesars Palace has raised the standard of Las Vegas nightlife with the opening of its newest lounge, Shadow: A Bar at Caesars Palace. Featuring contemporary designs and eclectic furnishings, the Shadow experience showcases the provocative Shadow Dancers visible only through a sheer scrim screen.
Half or all of Shadow can be reserved for private events. A half section can accommodate up to 60 guests and all of Shadow can accommodate up to 150 guests.

This boat rocks! Cleopatra's Barge, the luxurious floating lounge at Caesars Palace, is an ornate replica of the sturdy but graceful craft that transported the royalty of Egypt on the Nile River in the time of Julius Caesar.

The aquatically themed restaurant overlooks the Garden of the Gods pool complex through a 13-foot-high window wall. A stone aqueduct, pools and two water walls surround the Frank Sinatra Steinway, at which recording artist and pianist David Osborne, and bassist Danny DeMorales, play 6-10 p.m. Saturday through Thursday, 6-11 p.m. Friday, and 11 a.m.-3 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. Six live-action buffet stations offer a world-class selection of Asian specialties, herb-roasted poultry, hand-carved meats, grilled fish and seafood, sautéed pastas and more. Freshly baked breads and flavorful salads are offered daily.
Café Lago has a private dining room, which seats up to 60 guests with an area to expand to 100 for private and semi-private functions. Café Lago offers pre-set menus and wedding packages.

Caesars Palace has reached an agreement with principals of the Rao's Restaurant Group, LLC, to bring to Las Vegas the one-and-only Rao's, the 110-year old, 10-table, East Harlem Italian restaurant that is the ultimate New York dinner reservation "get."
Rao's is a culinary national treasure. Widely acclaimed for it's authentic, southern Neapolitan Italian cooking and its home-style family ambiance, Rao's was honored with a pinnacle three stars from New York Times restaurant critic Mimi Sheraton, who describes the cuisine, "exquisitely simple Italian cooking."
Rao's is known as one of the country's oldest family-owned and-run restaurant in its original locations, and its southern Italian cuisine sings with freshness, authenticity, flavor and love.
Rao's serves and satiates some of the most powerful appetites in the world. Legions of politicians, sports figures and matinee idols have jockeyed for a reservation. Indeed, there is a reason why the only way to get a seat at this legendary restaurant is if you are a regular and have "table rights" or if you're lucky enough to be invited as a guest by someone who does. Regulars at Rao's read like the "who's who" of New York cognoscenti, including Woody Allen, Billy Crystal, Rob Reiner, Nicholas Pileggi and Danny Aiello.
In addition to the iconic Harlem restaurant, Rao's also has developed and owns a thriving and loved brand of authentic Rao's Italian sauces, roasted peppers and other products sold in supermarkets and specialty foods stores all over country. Rao's offers two semi private areas and a private dining room. The Rao's room which is a replica of the original restaurant located at 455 East 114th Street in East Harlem. This semi private area can accommodate up to 45 of your closest friends. For larger events we have our Feast room which is completely private dining room and can accommodate a maximum of 80 guests. Food and hosted beverage minimums for these areas vary depending on date and availability.
