- Takamine 8yr - Fermented with Koji, the same "mold" used in sake fermentation. Notes of dried fruit, vanilla, toasted oak, and slight umami flavor from the Koji.
- The whisky selected are to embrace the arrival of spring, and promote a greenery, garden-like theme for St Patrick's Day, while sticking to traditional Japanese themes and fermentation processes.
