Bally's Atlantic City Hotel and Casino

My experience in Atlantic City is always amazing I always want to come back room is amazing comfortable cozy room service and food is spectacular and delicious with great service never will be disappointed customer service is amazing with every employee from the food and tables to managers u won’t regret it

Room was awesome. High floor.Adequate space for my wife for her cpap machine. Staff wonderful as always.Host was very pleasant. Always have a great time at the L Bar due to the very friendly and personable barstaff. Cant wait to go again.

I went there for a volleyball tournament with my 11 year old daughter. There was a party going on in the room next door until 2:25 am. I called security but they never came. Then the next morning the party resumed at 7 AM. I called again and security did not come. At lunch I asked to change rooms. They told me they would call me back when the room was ready. They never called back. Bottom line they don’t care about their customers. There is better places to stay.

My room was was great. I didn't win any money I left it all there. But I enjoyed my stay. I usually like to stay in the Dennison tower but I believe I was in the south tower. I enjoyed the gym it's very clean.

Overall experience wonderful. Bucca wonderful Antonio great server, Derra wonderful hostess and Gary keeps on top of cleaning/setting the tabled. Chinese restaurant excellent especially the fillet Mignon and Kevin an excellent server.
