From start to finish this was the worst day I have ever had in any hotel. This hotel is unsafe and not well maintained. Me and my family stayed at Bally‘s in Atlantic City from Sunday to Friday, It all started Sunday when we checked into our room Which was in the Bally’s tower Oceanview king . We walked in the room and my two-year-old ran over to the window to see the ocean And a big wooden panel sell on top of her that was not secured to the wall you could see the outside of the hotel on the 34th floor she could’ve climbed right through and push the light and Fell 34 floors. I called security which took them 15 minutes to arrive as we were standing in front of the whole so no one would get hurt I filed an accident report and the gentleman told me they had no medical professional team at Valeries and asked me if he wanted to get me ice my two year olds foot was completely black from the word falling on her whole right leg was also bruise on the Thigh. I then had to fill out the report and they had the nerve to ask me if I wanted to stay in the room I said absolutely not I don’t feel safe he then told me I had to go see the front desk for a room change. They then put me to a lower floor in the Bally’s tower king ocean view and the fire alarm was beeping the whole time. I then had to go back downstairs and yet again complain about my room they told me that they were sold out of every other room and I had no choice but to stay in that room Sunday night and Monday I would be able to move. I said absolutely not I want to change my room so they put me in the garden tower suite and told me it would only be for Sunday night and then I would have to move rooms Monday so this is now the third time I move my room moving all my things back and forth with a two-year-old. So Monday comes and I go down to the front desk in the morning and told me I cannot move my room until 3 PM because that’s when check in is even though this happened to me three times where I had to move my room already and we were going to the beach so I had to get off the beach three times to go to the front desk to check on my room. They finally put us in the Bally’s tower on 437 King Oceanview suite. They never came to change my garbage is vacuumed my floor or cleaned the room I never even got fresh towels. The best they said they could do was comp me Sunday night no food vouchers or anything. I go to check out on Friday morning and I see A bunch of charges on my account stay away from this hotel

Horrible at Ballys On 7/8. We were supposed to stay 2 nights but left after 1. First day back since 3/5 and wanted to test the waters. No eating or drinking inside (which we knew); not even a bottle of water or security stopped you. Too hot to eat outside. Room not cleaned. Slapped a sanitation sticker on the door. We switched rooms & the second was just as bad. Poop in the toilet, crumbs on rug, broken frig falling out of the cabinet, dust an inch thick and the towels were brown and all pulled. Water pressure was a trickle in both sinks & not much better in the shower. Our whole floor & the elevators reeked of pot smoke. The class of people in the hotel were less than respectful. We witnessed yelling at a front desk clerk & a few people yelling at security about having to wear masks. The girl working at sacko subs said she has been called every name in the book this week since they opened. People are angry & nasty. Walked across the street to walgreens & the glass was broken & it was boarded up. Wild west closed at 9pm and ballys had 2 bj tables open with 3 people allowed at each. They were both automatic shuffle which lower the odds for the player. That's it. 6 people could play bj in the whole place. They must really be letting Ballys go since it is sold. It was disgusting. Never been so glad to be home. AC was our "happy place" at least twice a month for years. It's completely different & not in a good way. Maybe 2021 will be better. I feel so sorry for the employees.

I was there for the 4th of July weekend for their reopening. Considering the circumstances, we enjoyed our stay at Bally’s. The man at check-in at the beginning of the line was fantastic dealing with folks, letting them know only one person could stand in line per group without hurting feelings. The lady at check-in was also pleasant. I cringed upon discovering the room was near the elevator, but surprisingly, we heard very little noise during the stay. Bathroom is well lit compared to other hotels. Not to nitpick, but here are the negatives before booking:1) Upon arrival to the room, we realized there was no soap or shampoo. However, they promptly dropped by within 15 minutes after calling. When I went to open the door upon the knock, no one was there, and almost didn’t realize they left the toiletries in a bag on the handle.2) Signs at the casino claim the table games have $5 minimums at Bally’s, but they were actually $15. The sign is actually referring to Wild West, which is next door, but the sign clearly says “Bally’s”.3) Some casinos did a good job shooing away those who weren’t playing from staying away from the roulette and blackjack tables. At this casino, the pit bosses allowed people to linger on top of those who were playing and did not intervene, which defeated the purpose of “social distancing”.4) I had to unplug the alarm so that I could charge my phone since there was no other outlet. The rooms are not plentiful with electrical outlets in the modern era.5) Water pressure is considerably lower in the shower compared to other hotels.6) There is a Dunkin Donuts on site, but be prepared for a half hour wait….time that could be better utilized losing money on the slot machines . At some points, the lines backed up all the way to the check-in section since there were only 3 people behind the counter. 7) Upon heading to the elevator to get to the parking lot after check-out, the lines were huge since only 4 people are allowed in due to social distancing (standing spots are marked in each corner of the elevators). Tempers were short and in at least one case a fifth person would jump in just before the doors closed, but fortunately there were no confrontations. A person should be assigned there guiding people for at least the next few months until everyone gets used to the new procedure.Overall, although the hotel is older like most of the ones on the Boardwalk, I hope you will enjoy your stay here with the positives and negativ
