The rooms were great, the check in, using the Kiosk was a bit trying for me, Thank heavens they have very patient people assisting us neanderthals. Pay close attention to your room number, as there are two locations for elevators to your room, they are on opposite end of the Casino. The view from the room was fantastic, right down the strip! The bar right across from the checkin, makes the best Capochino(sp). The one thing towels were well used and need to be replaced.

The pool area was beautiful! Spent most of a Saturday poolside with friends, tons of lounge chairs and a very large pool that didn't feel too crowded, AMAZING service (if you see Tiffany, she's the absolute best), and really good drinks. There's a new little plaza right outside the hotel that has a bunch of restaurants and shops, pretty convenient, and a CVS right on the corner. Overall a satisfactory experience, would stay there again.

I booked this hotel for my boyfriend’s 30th birthday and I’m so glad I decided to choose Bally’s! We arrived 3-4 hours later than our check in time due to a car rental dilemma and when we called to let them know they were very friendly and assured us they would keep our room until we got there. Check in was easy and the bellhops were so sweet, helped us load and unload a lot of heavy luggage. We booked a jubilee king bed room and stayed on the 17th floor with AMAZING views of the Paris Eiffel Tower statue AND the water show, so pretty I could’ve spent the whole vacation staring at our view. We stayed out pretty late so the noise from the nearby club wasn’t a problem but if you want to call it a night early ask for a room a little further away from the hotspot. The casino was no frills but also connects to the Paris hotel if you want a more decorated casino. Lots of shopping and attracts super close, some even right downstairs! (The oxygen bar was our fave) And if you’re looking to avoid walking all the way down the strip in the summer there is a convenient monorail that comes right to the hotel. It’s a perfect location right in the middle of the strip and connected to the Belagio via strip walkway. We asked for a late check out and had no trouble leaving, we were able to park our car in the garage and it was super easy to load up and get on the road at the end of our stay. This place exceeded our expectations and we can’t wait to come back!
