Bally's always has nice clean rooms at a reasonable price, is centrally located in the heart of the strip, and provides all table games with table limits that are not too expensive for regular people to play. My wife and two sons recently visited and had a great time, and the people working at the property were kind and helpful making out trip that much better...well, maybe hitting a jackpot next time would make it that much better too!!

My 86-year-old mother and I had a good stay in Bally’s Hotel and Casino during our weekend vacation in Las Vegas. We were fortunate to have stayed a week before the city was shut down due to the spread of COVID-19, and we were able to experience the hotel and the city in general in their “normal, functioning” state. The hotel was ideally located in The Strip. As such, it was in the middle of everything: resort hotels, casinos, iconic neon lights, spectacular shows, souvenir shops, bars and restaurants. The hotel could be easily accessed by cars and tourist buses, and it had an Uber pick-up/drop-off area. Check in and check out were fast and efficient. Wifi was functioning well. We had talked to a few hotel staff and they were courteous. We had the newly-renovated resort room with 1 king bed on the 25th floor. Thankfully, our request for a room designed for elderly guests on wheelchair was granted. The room itself was surprisingly huge and clean. There was no smell of cigarette smoke or any offending odors. The basic amenities were present: TV, small fridge, flat iron and ironing board. The toilet/shower was also spacious and designed with seat and metal support for senior guests. Sadly, there were no other basics such as bottled water, electric kettle, coffee/tea, cups with teaspoons, and slippers. Our main concern was the security. Anybody could take the lift and go to the floors even if he/she did not have key cards. Other than that and the other lacking items, and also considering the very reasonable rate of the room, this hotel was a good place to stay in the Gaming Capital, either for business or leisure, either for family or friends.

Stayed here in early March as a group of us headed out to Las Vegas. This was my 5th time staying at Bally's and once again no issues. Had a double Queen room that had a small sink and coffee maker which made the mornings more bearable. Very large bathroom and I must say the room was very clean. No issues with housekeeping. I refuse to give any hotel a 5-star rating when resort fees are still charged (which I understand is the normal). Room was comped but still cost $200...go figure. I will always recommend this location and hotel. The pool was closed but I was able to go over to the Paris.
