My husband and I always stay here when in Vegas. It’s where my father-in-law always brought us, and they have always treated us well. Our last two trips we have stayed in the Jubilee Tower where the rooms are nicely appointed. There are dining options in Bally’s, but also in the indoor walkway between Bally’s and Paris. That’s particularly nice when the weather outside is too hot or too cold. They’ve recently made some upgrades throughout, which give everything here a more modern feel. That’s nice, since Bally’s is an older hotel. If you need to get ‘out and about’, the monorail is located in the lower level and it can get you to shows or other locations on the strip.

This year the line to register was much shorter than the year before. I used the kiosk to check out. It worked flawlessly. The lowest limits on the crap table were $10 - I prefer $5. I had to travel downtown and to Henderson to find a $5 or lower limit table. Staff at Bally's were uniformly pleasant.

I was very disappointed in our stay. It WAS our go to place to stay in Vegas, however this past visit changed that. Horrible experience at check-in. Elevators did not work properly, waited approximately 10 minutes each time we wanted to go to/from our room. Our first full day there no one cleaned our room. We left our room at 1:00 p.m. and did not return until after midnight and it was not cleaned. When we first went into our room after check-in it was not clean. There were bottle caps and bottles still in the room. Had to pay $14.99 daily for internet in the room but it didn't work. There was also barely any service in the rooms as well. Will NOT be coming back to Bally's.
not sure I would stay here again - would rate it 2.5 stars if I could

I stayed here while attending a conference. When I booked the hotel, I did get the daily rate, but not a total with all other charges that ended up eventually included (tax, resort fee). Resort fee? This is not a resort of any kind. The resort fee of over $30 is really a charge for internet and fitness room (which I did not use). I was attending the conference on official business as a federal employee and I got from work a form stating that I am exempt of all taxes at the hotel. The hotel make me pay the taxes anyway because I did not pay with a certain credit card they required. The staff did not seem to try much to be helpful. In conclusion, BE READY TO PAY MUCH MORE than what you expect when you make the reservation.About the room: large, quiet, with comfortable bed. The decor looks dated. There was NO COFFEE MAKER in the room, so I bought one for $16 at Walgreens for the week I stayed there. Less expensive and more convenient then having room service coffee every morning. Location of the hotel is good, close to the Strip, but getting into and out of the hotel is inconvenient, having to go up and down the stairs. I do not think I will stay here next time when in Vegas.
