Location, location, location! We always stay at Bally's because it is so convenient to may other casinos and attractions. It is connected to the Paris Hotel/casino, and shares very good restaurants with them, it is across the street from two other Caesar's properties, the Crowmwell, and Caesar's Palace, and a very short walk to the Miracle Mile Shops in one direction and the "High Roller"in the other. It is also across the Blvd to Bellagio Hotel/Casino which has the "not to be missed" Conservatory, a beautiul indoor garden that is redecorated seasonally. The rooms at Bally's are clean and comfortable, and any service in the hotel or casino is friendly and efficient. The casino has Keno and "Let it ride" gaming, which some do not. So stay at Bally's and have fun, and Good Luck!

So I've been playing craps for 40+ years. I enjoy the game and am a "Diamond" player...meaning I've got the experience. Have you ever noticed the vibe is different around different casino tables?....I have.I had an unfortunate experience at the craps table at Bally's. I walked up to a $15 craps table where there were zero players. I got $900 in chips. I handed them my diamond card. All 3 of these actions indicate I am a seasoned player.I rolled maybe 5 times when on the 5th roll I didn't hit the back stop. Melana(sp?) wearing the pit boss black uniform rudely stops my play and says I have to hit the back stop......really?????It immediately changed the vibe. I pulled all my bets and asked to speak to the manager. Melana(sp?) goes to talk to Susan in her red coat uniform. For about 8 minutes no one came and no one said anything. I asked what was going on and Melana said the manager was coming. After about 10 minutes, Susan walks up. She immediately began defending Melana and said the pit bosses are under a lot of stress. I asked Susan if she was Melana's boss and she said no. I asked if she was her peer and she said yes. Now, I may be wrong but normally the different color uniform means a different level. I somewhat believe Susan was not telling the truth on her level.....afterall..why did Melana go talk to her first.I began to tell Susan what had happened and she literally told me that she didn't want to hear my side. I then informed her that I wasn't interested in hearing about her stress. Shen then listened to what happened and I said missing the back stop once would not normally cause a reaction...particularly with a player that obviously knows the game. Susan again defended Melana's action. After about 12 minutes, I was told the manager was busy with reviewing another matter. Seriously??...12 minutes before you tell me that I need to wait at least another 15 minutes and didn't inform your Diamond player before? So I cash out and walk across the street to The Cromwell and start playing at a $15 craps table. A rookie woman craps player was throwing the dice. 2 out of her first 5 throws missed the back stop and the pit boss didn't say anything but curtiously told her on the 3rd time. A much friendlier and up beat vibe.I will no longer play my table games at Bally's because of their rudeness but more importantly how they treated me, how management never came down and how Susan stood up for Melana's actions.
Another great stay at Bally's

Great location on the strip, room was amazing - esp the bed and the pillows. (I came for some true R&R) Stayed for 4 days. Kudos to the staff that maintain and clean the rooms. I thanked one of the staff on my way out one morning, acknowledging her hard work and dedication. She got a bit emotional and thanked me - saying not many people do that. I have to say - Thank goodness for the CVS Pharmacy at the edge of the property - the prices that Bally's and all the casinos charge inside at their various stores - is shameful. There are CVS's and Walgreen's dotted up and down the strip - take advantage and save yourself alot of money - there is no need for the ridiculous prices that they charge you once you are on their properties.
Fun and lots of action

Let's start with Las Vegas is Las Vegas. Bally's is right on the Strip. It's crowded and noisy, but that's what you came for right? We made our reservation online and opted to upgrade to their newly remodeled Jubilee Tower - instead of $28 it went up to $32/night for a big beautiful room on the 20th floor looking right down on the amazing fountain at Bellagio. One of the nicest hotel rooms we've ever stayed in. Now let's talk about Facility Fees - in a our case an additional $38/night. That means our "real" daily rate was $70/night and in my book, that's still a really good rate for a big beautiful room. How about Parking - a costly component in any large downtown hotel. Self Park was $15/day, Valet $25/day. BUT when I started to check in, the lady at the hotel desk asked if I was a Veteran. When I said yes, she encouraged me to go to the Reward Desk and get my Veterans Players Card first. I did and got immediately upgraded to Platinum which included Free Parking. To get this benefit you Must have your Vets ID.We walked 15,000 steps each day. We enjoyed our Uber ride to Downtown Fremont Street and the Cirq Beetles Love show a 15 minute walk down Las Vegas Blvd. Great 4 day adventure. We were very happy with Bally's. And now that Vegas is checked off our list, we probably won't be back.
