Bally’s has always the lowest daily rate with the best location. Now, is better due to renovation and new mattresses! Always go to the spa for the best recovery in a great steam room. This time, I tried a Seafoam body wrap, which is s new treatment. Dry brush exfoliation, French seaweed all over with a foil wrap time while feeling relaxing bubbling, facial point massage and hot foot towels! Very attentive and respectful of personal modesty. Lovely spa personnel! Try it!

We always stay at Ballys Hotel & Casino as I know a lot of people who are professional, caring and always there whenever we need something. The names are Pilar of Diamond Reservation, Jennifer also at the Diamond Reservation and Juan Jodra from Paris but always there for us. Our Co Host at Ballys does not do anything other than finding my husband, Robert and shake his hand; (what a way of showing there gratitude as my husband is a Seven Stars member). When we needed help, we call Juan Jodra and everything is taken cared of. Last January 15th, we decided to have dinner at BLT Steakhouse. Our reservation was at 6:00pm and was late for 15 minutes. Everything was fine, we ordered Rib Eye Steak and Lobster. The Restaurant usually offer "cold cuts" as an appetizer, I guess. My husband ate some, but I never did. About 1:00am, I was awaken as my husband kept getting in and out of bed. He was having a real bad diarrhea. He kept going till 2:00 so I gave him Lomotil in which I normally would bring all kinds of medication for emergency. One (1) Lomotil did not work, so I gave him another one and decided to give him a very strong antibiotic for ECOLI called XIFAXAN 550MG. The diarrhea slowly going down but I decided to call the EMT to make sure that my husband will be okay due to his heart problem. After 5 minutes, TYSON AND a very nice Security Guard knock at the door (didn't catch his name). They are both caring and professional and Tyson asked me if I wanted to file a report for the sake of more people that had dinner at BLT STEAKHOUSE and got sick. The Kitchen workers and the Waiters should know the rules how to avoid customers to get sick offering these cold cuts. They should be professionally trained not just acting nice and offering something that customers will feel sick. We were scheduled to go home on Jan 16th but never happened as my husband was too weak to drive. This is when Pilar of Diamond Reservation and Juan Jodra came in. With my instruction to Pilar to call Juan Jodra to extend our stay went fine. I don't want to rely on Host at Ballys as they won't do anything other than sit around in front of there computer and no positive results. We have done that and will never do it again. Thank you Pilar and Juan Jodra!! AND FOR BLT STEAKHOUSE, WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN.

Maybe the hotel has had a recent renovation, but the casino and rooms were all in great shape. We were a bit surprised as I have always considered this one of Total Rewards lesser property. Not the case. What I really want to express is how much I appreciated the way Dennis (front desk) and the Total Rewards box office team at Caesars Palace rocked customer service. Upon checking out an error (let me make it very clear that the error was MY fault) was noted by Dennis and he began making calls to get it corrected. The phone call was not the answer, but I was informed what to do and how to proceed. From there it was in the hands of the Total Rewards staff at Caesars' Palace box office. I feel they went above and beyond to help us out. It's great knowing you are working with a caring staff and organization. I really felt they had our best interest in mind and corrected the situation. It made a huge impact on the enjoyment of our week. Thanks!
