We have stayed previously at Bally’s and it was great, this time I was shocked at the room condition when we arrived. We had a celebrity suite, not one that has been renovated in a long time, major wear and tear! When we got to the room the lights and ac did not work and one of the sinks was left clogged with dirty water in it, it took over 2 hours before anyone came to fix it. During our 2 hour wait we started to unpack and noticed a few things: the refrigerator had the last guests drinks still in it, the fire detectors had toilet paper wrapped around them, there was Flamin Hot Cheetos and pistachio nuts on the floor, there was debris and sticky black residue on the master bathroom floor and 2 empty butt plug boxes left on the shelf in plain site in the bathroom!! When I called the front desk they told me they would send housekeeping up but no one showed up until the next day and they still did not clean the bathroom floor, remove the toilet paper from the detectors or clean out the refrigerator, we did!

I booked this hotel last year for a 6 night stay to celebrate our anniversary. I chose Bally's because we stayed here in 2017 and had a nice run on the house room. It is also centrally located to shopping and food outdoors at the Grand Bazaar Shops. This time I booked a jubilee room and was not disappointed. Our room was spacious and very clean just a little dated. We had a great view of the High Roller Ferris Wheel and could see the strip casino lights at night,We arrived around 1:00 PM so the bell captain kept our bags for us and we were told I would get an email when the room was ready. There was a 17.00 plus tax charge for early check in but this little cost spread over 6 nights was quite a deal. We played one slot machine and then got an email our room was ready! Didn't even have to wait a half hour which made me very happy because I like to unpack and hit the pavement. The only downside I saw was check is is done solely through kiosks. Personally I like to be greeted by a friendly face upon check in. But there was a person there to assist with the kiosks so that really helped. She was very friendly and helpful.Thank you for a great place to celebrate our milestone anniversary!!

We stayed here for a conference in 2009 and found the hotel and grounds to be exceptionally clean. Hence, we looked forward to staying here again in 2021. Sadly, this hotel and casino isn’t what it was 12 years ago. The hallways and elevators looked liked they hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. If you’re looking for safe accommodations in a convenient location of the Las Vegas Strip, Bally’s is a great location. If you’re looking foe great value for your money and dust/debris in the hallways doesn’t bother you (see photo) then it’s ok to stay here. If you’re looking for 5-star hospitality and cleanliness, look elsewhere. Mirrors in the elevator had lots of smudges. In the past it was common to see employees walking around at all hours cleaning the hotel & casino...not anymore! One night there was what appeared to be urine in the elevator. I called to notify the front desk and it was a 5-10 minute process to connect with a human being to explain the issue. Again, I’m happy to have stayed for such a great price, but in the future I will opt to it more and stay at another hotel/casino operated by Caesar’s Entertainment. It appears as if Bally’s is now owned/operated by Caesar’s which has many brands within it (Harrah’s, Bally’s, Caesar’s Place, Rio, Flamingo, and a few others). It seems as if these hotels are “stratified” to different price points to attract a wide diverse group of guests, which is great. However, in the future I will opt to pay more to stay at accommodations where there is more attention given to detail. Oh, and upon checking in there were one or two employees directing guests to check in using a computer. In the past there were between 10-20 agents available to personally provide service. Perhaps with rising costs it is now more cost productive for the hotel to replace an agent with a computer, which is sad. Automation is great but it doesn’t compre to professional and friendly customer service from a person.
