Paying the extra “hotel fees” was a joke. Paying for the phone, gym and ? Whatever- that I never even used and the internet was horrible. Then, I had to track down housekeeping to get my room cleaned- because I was told that the housekeeping ended at 4:30- but they didn’t get to my room in time so I just did without? Was only able to get a bag of toiletries and towels hung on my door knob. No marijuana rules were enforced so my husband who cannot have THC in his system at all for work had to hold his breath in elevators, restaurants, hallways, etc. Room was nice, location was too.
Still pretty good, but in need of maintenance.

Sadly, our trip started off rough. We booked an executive suite, and the first room was so dirty and run down we could not stay there. I mean food on the floor and stained sheets, pubes in the tub and sink, sticky stuff on the vanity...The second was much better, but maintenance is SEVERELY lacking. Stained walls, damaged fixtures, filthy windows to the point it was hard to see out of them (hint, if you market a room based on the view, have a view). I know 2020 was rough, but basic cleanliness is unpredictable. I had stayed at Bally’s 20 years ago and loved it. And there are many features where I would definitely recommend the place: the family-friendly activities, it’s location, the comfortable beds, and most of the staff was very accommodating. I miss the greenery which used to be our front, but having a CVS and Giordanos right out front is great! The gym is in good shape, too.Don’t bother with the slots or video poker; horrible payouts and little variety. Table games, though, are excellent! The two-deck blackjack and face-up pai gow are great even for beginners. Being adjacent to the Paris is, of course, a great feature, too. All in all, it is a decent buy, but not worth the huge resort fee. Either go all the way and get a top suite, or save your money and get a budget room. If you like the midrange suites, she’ll put the extra few bucks and got to the Paris; the upgraded amenities are worth it.
Great stay

We stayed in a suite very nice. But on the floor that we stayed there people in other suites with loud music till 5 am no one told them anything smoking in hallways to include the whole 20th floor smelled because of weed it was three nights of not being able to sleep also the front desk was called about the noise and the smell of smoke but nothing was done very disappointed also people throwing cigarette butts on the hallway floors elevator with same trash on floor for four days.

Stayed in this suite twice, and it is huge! Has a large separate bedroom with a jacuzzi. There is enough room to sleep 12 or more people if you bring air beds. Has a separate bar area with a fridge...More

Stayed in this suite twice, and it is huge! Has a large separate bedroom with a jacuzzi. There is enough room to sleep 12 or more people if you bring air beds. Has a separate bar area with a fridge and tv, a large dining table and great views of the Las Vegas Strip and Bellagio fountains. These suites are at the end of the hallway so no noise from people throwing parties in the adjacent rooms. Now Bally's is not a high end hotel, stay at Ceasars Palace or Bellagio for that but there is no better value than this suite. Great location, great restaurants including Hell's Kitchen nearby.
