Really disappointed in Bally's and the way they are responding during the pandemic. At the end of my one night stay i found two meals leftover in the fridge and sunglasses under the desk. While the room was sealed for my safety I have to question if it was truly cleaned following all of the current guidelines. The fridge must not have been cleaned and the floor not vacuumed so what else was not clean? When I brought this to the housekeepers attention she said maybe it was like that since shutdown (another red flag). When I brought it to Management's attention he asked why I didn't ask to be put in a different room (since I found it the morning of checkout I didn't need to be moved). He took off my resort fees and told me that he would put in a report with housekeeping and would notify Expedia. I let him know that I was an unhappy customer and would not be returning to his property and would not recommend others to stay there as well. I've stayed at MGM and now Bally's during the pandemic. MGM was not perfect but I felt safer there with their sanitizing and mask stations where Bally's had none. I will go to MGM resorts again but won't go back to Caesar resorts until they have better systems in place.

We stayed here on a last minute trip to Vegas and I reserved a Queen smoking room. When I arrived for check in, the line was EXTREMELY long and there were only 2 agents checking people in. We get our keys and go to our room to find out that we were in a non smoking room. I called the front desk and they told me to come back down for a room change. Stayed in that long line AGAIN to only be told that none were available and to try in the morning. Called the next morning, and I was told to call after 12, called after 12, I was told it wasn't ready and to call after 2, called after 2 and I was told to call after 4. Called again after 4 and guess what? Still not ready. I then went to the front desk to speak to a manager. I spoke with Jose who was very nice and he called housekeeping to ask what was up with the room. Apparently this happened to more than just us. He apologized, comped one night for us and told us to try after 6. Guess what happened at 6? Still not ready. We did not change rooms until after 10pm that night. The room itself was ok, nice view, comfortable bed, but the bathroom could get some updating and better cleaning. The paint was chipping, there was a lot of residue on the sink... I understand that this is a pandemic and staff is probably at home collecting unemployment and not wanting to work in these conditions, but something has to be done better here. The vending machines were out which was inconvenient since we were soooo far from the elevator.

I stayed July 31st-August 3rd. I was on the 21st floor, 2 queen resort room. This is a non-smoking floor but leaving the elevator into the hallway, it smells like weed most of the 3 days. The room...More

I stayed July 31st-August 3rd. I was on the 21st floor, 2 queen resort room. This is a non-smoking floor but leaving the elevator into the hallway, it smells like weed most of the 3 days. The room was clean and bathroom was well stocked. The mini fridge seemed to have an issue getting things cold. I couldn't see a dial to change the temperature so I just let it be. For being closed for as long as they were I'm surprised they didn't apply a little paint to the bathroom sink cabinets. They were chipping all over. We played slots downstairs Friday night between 11p-12a and not once did we engage with a cocktail waitress for drinks. Disappointed with that so we walked over to the Paris. Guests were all wearing masks and almost everyone was truly making an effort to social distance. Don't blame casinos for enforcement as they are doing their job.It's the random one-off guest who just doesn't care who are the problem. They should be banned from the casino if they fail to abide. We don't need to shut down everything again because of a few knuckleheads. I do want to give a huge thank you to the person who helped me extend my stay by one day over the phone from my room. I was originally going to leave Sunday but stayed until Monday. So I didn't need to pack up my things and move to another room. Huge shout out!

Had an awesome time in Vegas an enjoyed my stay at Bally’s. It was so HOT that we had to ride share (Uber/Lyft) everywhere. Room was cleaning and comfy. The colors of the hotel was accented with my favorite color red even in the elevator. Security ensured people entering the elevators were in fact guest at the hotel, rather than a lingering creep. I used the check in kiosk so our room view was the hotel’s pool view, but next time I’ll be patient and wait in line at the front desk.
