The team from Caesars Entertainment helped us out big time just to get the trip booked for a youth softball tourney in Las Vegas. We had 13 families traveling and right form check-in everyone was surprised by the extremely friendly service from Eva, Nilo and Frances at the desk. The great service continued at the Concierge Desk with Jimmi who found the girls a shuttle at a great price. We had many options for food, shows, and things to do. The maids where very friendly and helpful and Gwen was a shining star. All our families had a great trip and a fun filled time. Please make sure you are looking at Bally's for your next trip to Las Vegas.

Bally’s is a nice hotel, clean, pretty rooms and perfect location. But there it stops. Our bad experience started at the check-in. They have express self-check in and regular check-in. We were practical forced to use the express check-in, while we had many questions about laundry facilities, parking, breakfast, wifi, etc. We weren’t able to ask these questions because we had to use the express check-in, so we had to wait in line to ask the bell man and conciërge about all that.

We booked a room for 3 people, but the hotel has a policy that only 2 devices can use wifi, even though you booked a room that can accomodate 4 people. All extra devices had to pay 15 $ (!!)/ day for wifi. This is ridiculous, especially if you know that almost all hotels on the Strip provide free wifi.
The same unbelievable rule apllied for the breakfast. Every room, it doesn;t matter how many people the room can accommodate, gets 18 dollar a day to get a coffee or pastry at one of the 2 (small) coffee places in the hotel. This is for everyone in the hotel, Which ofcourse results in long waitinglines before you can get a simple (overpriced) muffin and a cup of coffee. Next to that, the casino, which is one of the smaller ones in Vegas, had a cigarette smell. We are 22 and 23 year old girls and it was our first time in Vegas. Of course we wanted to try to play some games at the casino. We started watching how to play roulette. The croupiers asked our ID, which is completly understandable since we look young, but they told us our ID wasn’t valid and we had to be able to provide other valid identification. We settled things with the supervisor and were allowed to be at the roulette table, however this wasn’t communicated to the croupiers. They still send us away and were talking about us disrespectfully in front of us. We didn’t feel welcome and decided to go gamble at another hotel. When checking out you can exit the parking lot with a room key. But the instructions to open the bar to drive through weren’t very clear. To sum it up, we wouldn’t recommend staying at Bally’s. We felt exploited and not at all welcome.

We stayed three nights last week. The room was nice with a good view, very spacious and very clean. The major complaint I had was in regards to self parking. As a guest this is the first place I've stayed in which I had to pay a minimum of $12 per day to park. I did utilize the valet service which I gladly paid for but coupled with the resort fee which entitles you to use of the fitness gym and free local phone calls, which I have no need for especially since I am handicapped and I am unable to use the gym, I feel is price gauging at its worst. I feel I paid enough for the room, gambled my fair share and ate plenty of times in the hotel establishments to not have to subjected to these revenue making scams.
