We booked 4 rooms total under my name, I asked the front desk while checking in to see if we need to put different guests' name for each room, he said not necessary to do so. However, I checked out one day earlier than my friend. Their room keys were defective, and front desk refuse to provide them the access to get into their room. The reason is I was not there and the room only have my name on it. I gave front desk several option to see if they are able to help my friends out, I called them and said I can email them my ID, reservation details and payment receipt, or if they can help me to add their names to their rooms. They just refused to do so. I said Ok, I can make another reservations for my friends, but hotel refused to provide access to their luggages even they can clearly state what's inside of their rooms. The reason was no ID in their luggages. I don't know who will left their ID & money inside hotel room while they were hanging out, didn't make any sense to me. I felt it was discriminate since we are asian and my friend don't speak well English. How can they lock them up to the rooms has been paid for. This is not kind of four star hotel service we're looking for. I've been back to LA in the afternoon and have to drive all the way back to Bally's Las Vegas during late night in order to get my friends into their rooms. My friends stay in the lobby and nobody care about them. They felt disappointed and helpless. Finally at 22:30, I arrived at front desk and it took less than 5mins to get the new keys out. I have no idea why such a simple process waste my 8 hour drive. If for security issue, hotel can defiantly ask my friend to state what's inside the room, they even can provide photos with their cloths inside the rooms. they can provide room# and my name, payment receipt and all other reservation details. After all, I drove back to LA again and arrive home at 2:30AM. We felt we were unwelcome and were offended by the hotel.

My wife and I have been going to Las Vegas for over 40 years and Bally’ used to be known for great customer service but now it is all about the bottom line profit. They have had significant reductions in staff. In the early morning there was only one waitress serving the entire casino floor. It took over 20 minutes sitting at a blackjack table to get a cup of coffee. Also all blackjack tables are now paying6/5 versus 3/2 for a blackjack paying out 30% less for a blackjack money going to their profits. Buggy Segal would be rolling over in his grave! Also the bars at Bally’s are only comping house wines and hard liquor while other Caesar’s properties are comping Makers Mark and better quality drinks. The staff morale is terrible but they have no control over what the new management is doing! Wish Bally’s would return back to it’s previous customer service focus!

I have been to Vegas so many times but never stayed at Ballys. Boyfriend booked it and we really were not that satisfied. We stayed here 3 nights and we were supposed to get a view of the strip but ended up with a view of buildings next door :( We were on the 11th floor and had issues almost every night. The first night we woke up at 130am to base and loud music that was so annoying. I love rap and loud music but not when I'm trying to sleep. We called down to the front desk because there is a noise ordinance. It was still happening about 5-10 minutes later so we called again and about 20 minutes later we could hear security talking to them and the music was off. The second night I could have sworn I got high off weed that was being smoked on a non-smoking floor. I get that weed is legal but when I get a headache and can smell it for hours, that's a problem. Didn't call and complain about it but it was annoying. No microwave in the room so don't plan on reheating anything and the most annoying thing was parking. We parked in the Paris/Ballys self parking but ended up going in the elevator to take us downstairs from the hallway leading you from the parking garage. There were no signs from the elevator showing us where to go (only the escalator and that area) so we went all the way to the front of Paris to ask a security guard for him to tell us to go all the way back where we were and go left instead of straight. Pretty sure I reached my steps just by that. Check-in was easy and we used a kiosk due to COVID and only one person at the kiosk, everyone else had to wait behind the ropes. We wanted a pull out bed for our son but because of COVID they weren't offering them so they gave us pillows and blankets and we made him a pallet. Pillows were way too soft and we sank in them. Bed was OK. I slept the best the final night. I'm a little disappointed overall and I know that some can be controlled and some can't. Just wanted to share my opinion. Overall, easy to walk to the strip, I did lose $200 in the Ballys casino within just a few hours so I would take your money and maybe spend it at another casino. I've had a lot of luck and this one was kinda dull. Next time I'll be staying elsewhere.

We stayed here 3 nights and we were supposed to get a view of the strip but ended up with a view of buildings next door :( We were on the 11th floor and had issues almost every night.
