Bally's is right in the middle of the Strip, within easy walking distance to lots of other casinos, restaurants, and drugstores, even for old legs. The casino is small enough that you don't get lost but has enough gaming tables and slots for everyone! And it has a nice range of places to eat ... from Nosh snacks and sandwiches to BLT for steaks and fine dining. Or you can walk the indoor connection to the Paris for more options. We were visiting with our sons/wives for our 50th wedding anniversary. We stayed in the Jubilee Tower looking out at the Eiffel Tower. Amazing view but a lot of noise coming from the Paris nightclub into the wee hours. Perhaps a higher floor would be better. Son had room overlooking the plaza shops and said it was very noisy all night as well. Again a higher floor is probably the best answer. We were disappointed that there was no coffeemaker in the room, and I think housekeeping needs to use a crevice tool to vacuum around the furniture and bed platforms as I noticed a lot of dirt buildup there. But other than that the room was great and the bedding was comfy. Loved having the mini frig. I wish the dealers had been friendlier. Several seemed to be disgruntled or overly tired, like it took a lot of effort to give us our cards. We play table games for entertainment and fun ... and many of the tables just were not. Although I love, love, love the low table minimums of $5 at Bally's, I would play more 3-card poker at all Strip casinos if, like at the downtown casinos, it was permissible to play $1 on the progressive and 6-card bets instead of $5 on each. And I would love to see hand sanitizers throughout the casino and complimentary bottled water in the rooms ... and lower resort fees, especially for those of us only using WiFi. All said, we will be staying at Bally's again because we really do love it! Thanks, Bally's, for being a part of our 50th anniversary celebration.
