Checkin was very smooth, clerk was pleasant and helpful. The buffet was good. The room was clean and housekeeping was very good. The location was in the center of everything, making it easy to get around. I have stayed at Bally’s for many years, it is still a good value.
Perfect if you want a cheap hotel on the strip

Nothing oustanding with this hotel. It was average and the price was what drew us to this location. Rooms are large, beds are awesome...cleanliness, could have been better. Bathrooms had a lovely large walk in shower, but there were dusty corners throughout. Inside windows had nose and finger prints all over them. I asked to have them cleaned...but that request was ignored. We didn't get clean glasses each day, nor did they even try to clean the glasses that were there. Rooms are as pictured, and as mentioned..beds were the best.Casino was VERY smokey. There didn't seem to be a good ventilation system. Other casinos we visited were much, much better. We didn't come for the gambling, but the location, mid-strip was what drew us, along with the price.

I give Ballys 5 STARS for CONSISTENCY!!!We are not big gamblers and we paid for our room. I start there as I think folks are more critical of things they pay for. We were in the Celebrity Suite in the Jubilee tower. Our room ranged from 145 to 400 bucks a night depending on the night. There was a lot going on in Vegas and we had really done our homework and found this was the best priced option for a suite. Our room was huge. 1700 square feet with a huge living room, kitchen type bar, half bath, huge bedroom with giant hot tub and walk in shower. It’s just gigantic, clean and designed for a party pad or family suite. We did tip for good customer service at the front desk at check in. We got in our utterly clean room early and opened the blinds to a perfect view of the fountains, Paris and the strip. Our room was clean, smoke free, comfy and our cleaning service was excellent each day.Things to know:The living room couch is 8 feet and easy to sleep on. There is plenty of floor space for kids to sleep on the floor. There is a second couch in bedroom. There are two fridges and a coffee maker. We used a car service from the airport, had a Walmart (by the airport) grocery order waiting when we landed so we swung by, picked up water, food etc and were in the room with all our stuff before lunch. The CVS in front of Ballys is expensive. There are a ton of 2 for 1 bars, cheap restaurants just a few moments walk from the jubilee tower, the front mall area between Bally’s and the strip. We didn’t end up needing much of what we brought. The poker room staff was beyond great. Professional, kind, fair and dealt with my drunken dumbness in a way that I appreciated. Bartenders at the front bar were awesome and chatty. Front desk was never a wait but I timed visits there for less popular times. Sports book is cool but in basement. !!bring a sound machine if you stay in Jubilee tower ...the fountains and nightclub are really loud. We found with a wave machine, the fans in the room on..masked it all and we slept like babies. The bed was comfy and linens crisp. The casino got Smokey at times. We are super sensitive and truly it was never bad enough that it bugged us. This suite was just so centrally located, the staff at Bally’s so consistently good, It’s my new fav Vegas hotel. We didn’t win but we really were impressed. I’ve been coming to Vegas 2-3 times a year for 30 years. I’ve stayed in suites all over the strip. At Bally’s you really get a great deal! It’s not modern or super luxurious but it’s clean, newly renovated and the most central spot you can get on the strip.

This was our first trip to Vegas and glad we stayed at Bally's, we were right in mid field of all the action. Food, drinks and shows close by in every direction. The room was great, it was clean with a comfy king bed, bar fridge and decent walk in shower and house keeping did a great job. Breakfast buffett in the hotel was just ok and a little expensive for what it was but we found a great place to eat close by and just a 5 minute walk, open 24 hours at Ellis Island... breakfast 8oz steak, eggs, home fries, toast and bloody mary for $6.99, lunches and dinners great too! Another great place to eat was The Peppermill (opened since 1972) Huge portions of good food at a good price, $8.00 Uber ride to get there but so worth it. Really liked the gambling in house and loved the friendly waitress staff, gave them 1 and 2 dollar tips and we had our strawberry daiquiris and margaritas coming in all the time while gambling. A must see in Vegas is the downtown Freemont street Experience, a highlight in our trip aside from the skyjump at the stratosphere. Good stay at Bally's, no complaints here.
