First room we checked into with paying for an upgrade, had a bunch of kids jumping on the floor above us. I get it your on vacation with your family. We upgraded again to one of their larger suits for an extra 300 all they had available was smoking. We took it just so we can start our vacation. After gambling all day we returned to our room. The attached room as well as room across the hall were having a party. I also understand this but not at midnight when were trying to get some much needed rest. Oh did I mention the smell of marijuana not only in our room but throughout the hall ways. I would only stay at this hotel if your in your 20s and looking for a 300 dollar contact high! Never again

We come to AC a half dozen times a year but have never stayed at Caesars before because they tend to be overpriced. Stayed for a 3 day weekend and wasn't impressed. Payed $10 extra at check in to have early access to the room which they didn't even give. Why they still charge the resort fee when there's no pool, spa, gym or housekeeping is absolutely ridiculous. The smell of weed and poor looking rooms in the ocean town made you feel like you were staying in a motel 6. I will admit the bed was comfortable. Also the shower handle didn't stay where you put it so it would just get hotter as you showered.....made for very quick showers. Won't be staying here again.

Though it was in the midst of a pandemic and through hurricane Isais, I was still able to enjoy my Caesars Hotel trip with my family. I was confused and a little saddened that the pool and/or spa wasn’t open to accommodate some personage with social distancing and restrictions as other Atlantic City hotels were practicing; However we made do with boardwalk walks and short casino participation. Another small peev, housekeeping wasn’t able to refresh the room daily and all toiletries had to be called in to be requested. This I totally understood for safety, but there was an additional $27 resort fee that I was required to pay and I don’t feel that should’ve been charged if I’m my own housekeeper. Otherwise, a safe and enjoyable trip.

Tracy made sure we enjoyed our visit with getting us a great dinner along with the staff singing a happy anniversary song to us.

We stayed in the Ocean Tower for a weekend getaway. This was our second time at Caesars, and our first time we stayed in the Centurian Tower which was much nicer. Our room this stay had peeling wall paper, dirty windows, and the drawers of the dressers and night stands would not stay closed, they just hung open all weekend no matter how many times we tried to close them. The elevator was SLOWWW. The carpet in the hallways had stains. No coffee maker was rough for me, but I understand why they took certain things out of the room because of COVID. The pool was closed, and the only room service you could get was Gordon Ramsay - again, I understand. Otherwise, the bed was super comfortable, I did not want to get out of it! & the shower head was amazing! The only real difference in the rooms between Ocean Tower and Centurian Tower was that the bathroom in the Centurian Tower was bigger and the room a little more up to date. Overall, I love staying at Caesars and will be back! I just don’t think it is worth the price unfortunately, and that has nothing to do with the COVID modifications.
