We stayed in the Ocean Tower for a weekend getaway. This was our second time at Caesars, and our first time we stayed in the Centurian Tower which was much nicer. Our room this stay had peeling wall paper, dirty windows, and the drawers of the dressers and night stands would not stay closed, they just hung open all weekend no matter how many times we tried to close them. The elevator was SLOWWW. The carpet in the hallways had stains. No coffee maker was rough for me, but I understand why they took certain things out of the room because of COVID. The pool was closed, and the only room service you could get was Gordon Ramsay - again, I understand. Otherwise, the bed was super comfortable, I did not want to get out of it! & the shower head was amazing! The only real difference in the rooms between Ocean Tower and Centurian Tower was that the bathroom in the Centurian Tower was bigger and the room a little more up to date. Overall, I love staying at Caesars and will be back! I just don’t think it is worth the price unfortunately, and that has nothing to do with the COVID modifications.

I Love Total Rewards so when they gave me 2 comp rooms I was excited, when You book they ask you what time will you arrive and they let you reserve the rooms that are AVAILABLE, get here and it's not available and if I want the room I reserved I have to upgrade for 100 dollars a night😤 The room they gave me had a wonderful ocean view but the refrigerator didnt get cold and the toilet was broke, I didn't complain I was just happy to be out and about because if Covid..but I will definitely try the newer casinos these slots sukk

This was our first big adventure since being locked down during COVID and our first trip to Atlantic City. We recently moved to the East coast from California, just in time to be locked down in our house. We have visited several Caesar's Properties, mostly in Las Vegas and have always had a great stay, this trip was no different. Everyone was extremely friendly, the casino was very clean and having the beach and Boardwalk right outside the door was a really nice change of scenery compared to the Strip in Vegas and offered a lot more options to spending your day. We stayed in the Centurion Tower with an Ocean View room, the room was clean, they furniture may be a little worn but in a high turn over hotel casino its nothing to complain about. The Housekeeping staff deserves a special tip o' the hat. They were there when we needed them and always had a friendly greeting, we didn't want for anything on this trip. The negatives: and this is not on Caesar's it's just fall out from the COVID restrictions and nothing the hotel can control right now. The rooms have been stripped of most amenities (coffee makers, pens, writing pads ...) dining options are very limited and those restaurants that have outside dining come with waits of an hour or more, it's best to get your name on the list before you get really hungry. Gordon Ramsey's in Caesars has a good take out menu, we ate in the room. There is no eating or drinking in the casino and they have people making sure your masks are on properly, which is a good thing just takes a while to get used to not playing a machine with a drink in my hand. They only allow four people in an elevator at a time and the lines can get long. They do have a small bar at the elevators to buy drinks to take to your room, that was a stroke of genius. Overall it was a great stay and a perfect sanity check after all the craziness going on in the world right now. Once things open up and get back to some kind of normal I can see Caesar's Atlantic City becoming our regular go to get away place.
Disappointed, frustrated, miserable Worst hotel experience
