We stayed in the South Forum Tower. The casino was not too busy and there was no one on the check in line, but we still got charged an early check in fee. The room was good but the bathroom was really small, particularly the sink. There was no place to put your toiletries, cosmetics, etc., except for a small glass shelf above the sink. Overall, not a big deal. Although one day while we were out the room was not serviced. Thankfully, we had enough spare towels to get us through the next morning. Probably was an innocent oversight. The rooms have free wifi, but you have to sign up each day for basic wifi (and hope they don't forget to reverse the pending charges at the end of the stay). You are also limited to two devices. So if both guests have phones, and one needs to use a computer to keep up with work, you'll have to make a choice. To be fair, the only major disappointment was the lack of restaurant options. The buffet was closed, as was Cafe Nero. Mortons and Gorden Ramsey were open but these are very pricey options. Kwi Noodle Bar was open and a more reasonably priced option. Tazza is basically a sandwich or dessert option. We had a pizza (whole pies only) upstairs where the buffet used to be, which was good. We visited other casinos during our stay (Tropicana & Hard Rock) and had dinner there. In the end, it's OK to stay here and play here, but you may wish to keep in mind outside dining options if your stay is several days.

The staff had little to no idea what was happening in the city and failed to tell us about the shuttle to the convention center. The place was almost dead. Bally's nearby was jumping and when it came to dinner we ate there. The room was on a par with any three star hotel. As far as I knew there was no entertainment in the hotel so we watched TV. After all those years of viewing the hype on TV it was a BIG disappointment.

Please do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else! I have stayed in this Casino several times over the past few years and each time gets worse! The rooms are old and outdated. Not to mention they are not very clean. There is so much dust in the air you can barely breathe. I left my laptop sit out overnight and in the morning it was covered with dust.In addition, Atlantic City is becoming more and more economically depressed. There is a very very limited amount of restaurants to eat. Even the McDonalds only has a skeleton crew to handle take out orders only. Shopping is almost non existent. Yes, the outlets are still here, but to be honest they have also really gone down hill! The whole area is just depressing! Not somewhere you would want to go on a vacation to have fun.One last thing I almost forgot. Starting every day at 7:00 am there is pounding and hammering somewhere in the building, so forget sleeping in!

My last trip to Caesars Atlantic was one I would like to forget. In light of the tragic events made me realize that casinos in our area, especially in the Atlantic City vicinity are not safe at all and I would like to bring more awareness and light to this depressing situation. First, I do visit many casinos and I have realized that the clientele has really changed for the worse and security has become very lax and lackadaisical. This brings me back to Caesars in AC. The Caesars Atlantic City security staff really needs to be revamped and possibly be all terminated. I know firing employees is such a harsh word, but if your staff are allowing vagrants and ignorant people to come in to loiter aimlessly, permit the homeless to come in beg and harass others, enable them to sleep at machines, let dirty degenerates dig in the trash cans and have the audacity to touch the machines afterwards to scour for money. Even in my last trip 2 weeks ago, there were several occasions where shady characters were lurking and at times just staring at me; it made me feel so unsafe and uneasy. On a little side note, they even allow people to smoke in areas where smoking is prohibited (they have a lot Clean Team employees wandering around but no one is cleaning the machines or anything). Nothing is being enforced there and I just find it simply appalling and depressing. To make matters worse, the security staff turns their eyes to all the things I’ve mentioned but they are neglectful and disrespectful to themselves and the good people bothering no one. I don’t come to your establishment to hear about what race of women are better than the other and the “n” and “b” words to constantly come out of your filthy mouths. Things did not use to be this way and there are too many issues with Caesars AC. I’m afraid something bad or even worse going to happen if things don’t change and the security staff doesn’t enforce rules and do their intended jobs. If the recent crime related events at casinos aren’t a red flag, what else is?? I won’t be coming back to this property for awhile and I will tell my family and friends to go elsewhere if they want to gamble.
