I wanted give this a 5 star review, but Caesar's just did not live up to expectations. Check in went well, but my upgrade with an "ocean view" room had no view of the ocean. To add insult to injury we attempted to see if a Bellman would help us bring in luggage, but the bellman was very rude and stated that Bellmen did not go to the parking garage. I wouldn't have had a problem with that had the Bellman been a little bit nicer with his tone. The casino does have many restaurants but compared to some of the other casinos (Hard Rock, Bally's, Tropicana) these restaurants were very overpriced. We ended up spending more time at the other casinos than we did Caesar's and I will definitely be staying at one of them when I return to Atlantic City. You also had to pay to use the pool which was frustrating given this was not made clear before booking. The actual room was fine (minus the issue with the view). The bathroom door is a barn door that is a bit weird and has a gap so that someone walking by the door can see into the shower. This room was in the Centurion Tower. Overall my recommendation is to stay elsewhere if you can. Caesar's is ok, but so many other hotels are doing it so much better in AC.
