After I made my reservation I called the hotel directly and and what the COVID restrictions were and if most things were open and the hotel operator told you just have to wear a mask, I have no problem with that, so we kept our reservation. When we arrive most restaurants were closed. only the most expensive restaurants in the casino were open. we were told we had to pay for parking ($10.00 every time we left the parking ramp) and internet(oh we could get it taken off the bill if we only wanted 2 devises to use) almost all employees at the hotel were very unfriendly and not helpful at all, come to find out when we left parking was only suppose to be $5.00 not $10.00 for hotel guests, which no one told us. My husband and I have not had a vacation since we were married 30 yrs ago so we went all out, got a senators suite which after there fees and taxes was over $300.00 a day for 5 days (we were told Caesar's was the place to stay) so I expected a real nice room or a great view, I was wrong. The first room they put us in was dirty and in the hallway all you could smell was pot it would almost knock you over so they moved us. the second room was cleaner and the hallway did not smell. but I think it was all original furniture and carpeting yuck. We went to other casinos and people and employees look happy and more pleasant. Thank you Caesars for making my only vacation in 30 years a miserable one I will send people that ask to go anywhere but Caesars group that includes Wild west, Bally's, Topicana, or Harrah Casinos I will be recommending Borgata or Hardrock.
