We stayed here for one night with our two young children. Unfortunately, we didn't get to gamble so this is purely a hotel review.PROS: Room was modern, clean and up to date in the tower we were in (Centurion). The bathroom was huge and the shower was big with a cool shelf seat, easily big enough for 2 adults. Grab and go food was surprisingly delicious and fresh not stale or similar to HS cafeteria. We got a late night muffin, breakfast sandwich and yogurt parfait. Quick check-in at the kiosk. When called down for the crib it came up swiftly within ~15/20 minutes. Happy that they had an alarm clock in the room. TV in the bathroom mirror was handy. Great view. Right on the boardwalk. Cons: Need better signage. We used express check-in but no one was pointing it our or encoring it's use. Could have better entrances along the boardwalk that don't take you through the casino floor. I would have liked to have seen hand sanitizer available in public areas (check-in, elevators). I had a hard time connecting to Free wi-fi as a caesar reward member. Need to offer more info on places to eat.

This was our first stay at Caesars, AC and were not impressed in the least! Staff at front desk were not very friendly and did not make us feel very welcome! Room was ok and standard AC fare...More

This was our first stay at Caesars, AC and were not impressed in the least! Staff at front desk were not very friendly and did not make us feel very welcome! Room was ok and standard AC fare, however, we were not told that some rooms did not have windows looking outside. Our only window faced the main lobby of the hotel! I believe this will be out first, and only, stay at Caesars, AC!

I usually stay at Caesars when visiting AC (1-2x annually), as they often offer Comp rooms, and all 4 nights were comped this trip. A great deal! I had booked a 1 king Ocean View Centurion Tower room, when I checked in around 5pm, those rooms were not available, but same with 2 Queens was, which was great, as I had extra pillows! I got room 3415. My room did have Ocean Views, but faced Bally's, and a previous Ocean View Room actually faced the ocean and was nicer view-wise. But besides that, I actually had a good stay. The room was a bit worn, but everything was clean, and worked properly. Fridge was cold. Bed was comfortable, and AC cooled the room relatively well. One of the chairs was quite squeaky and had some stains. Also when barefoot, some carpet/tile edges were sharp/painful to step on. Bathroom was spacious, great water pressure in shower, and maintained the temp! Nice soaps! Towels were clean. I did request by phone extra soap/Shampoo, which they did not bring, I called again next morning, and they did come within 45 mins or so, and left items at door, per request, and that time I had turned off the Don't Disturb light. I did see some efforts to clean and fix the property during my visit, with staff painting halls between garage and lobby, and carpeting being replaced. I can't wait to see the renovated rooms in the near future! I will definitely return to Caesars and am glad this trip went really well! I even got a big win on my last night! Check in and out was easy, I didn't have to wait for a room (checked in on a Monday), and it wasn't too crowded. Can't wait to return! Staff was friendly too! Dining was a bit limited during week, and I was very surprised when Gordon Ramsays was closed (bar/drinks only) on Wednesday! I did eat there Thursday for dinner and it was amazing! I also ate at KWI Tuesday night and it was good (not great). I also didn't like how the bars closed very early, so if you like to gamble late, it is difficult, even drinks at slots ended around 1am (mon-weds) or so except Thursday. I see some other reviews indicating paying for WIFI, WIFI is FREE, when you choose the basic option, and even though it shows a fee at times, it is included in resort fee, and you are not actually charged!
