I have been many times to Vegas during the last two years and I had never had such a bad experience as the last time staying at the Cesar Palace, where the service, or should I say the lack of service, had been a huge inconvenience for the group of three that had come last weekend to celebrate the Father's Day.As we arrived, we could not make a fast check in then the machines were saying after 2:30 pm that the rooms were not ready and I should come back later. I had to make a 30 minute line to be able to complete my chek in. This first night somebody had thrown up on the corridor and I called to the guest service to ask if someone could go to clean it, and the answer was "of course" as I expected, but it was a lie, hence nobody clean it until the following morning Besides that, there were not enough glasses or towels for the three of us so next day we thought it was going to be solved by itself. Our surprise was that the second day, we had left before 10 am and after a few hours of being away, we had returned to the room at 4:30 pm to find out that nobody had clean it. We began to feel real about the service, but Magaly, a Cuban cleaning girl that took care of the situation, tried to apologize and was so gentle that we decided not to make a big problem for that. The problem really begins when the third day happens the same! At 5:00 pm Magaly on the corridor so we asked her to take care of the situation but she was not on charge and the room was not her responsibility. We asked her to please call someone to make the room and then, even when my almost 89 year old father wanted to take a nap, we decided to leave so they could clean the room; and once again we went away. When we came back after seeing a show and have a late dinner, after midnight the room was not clean yet! and I went downstairs to make personally a complain.There was a guy that told me please wait a second and I will be right back, but his second lasted almost 15 minutes !!! Then I've got really mad, and I asked for the manager, a blond girl that said that she was sorry for the inconvenience and all the problems, but did not show any intention to compensate
