What a horrible trip. There was only 1 place open to eat and it had a very limited menu. The walk from the hotel to the casino was long and they had nothing to shuttle guests. The room was okay, but by 3 in the afternoon it had still not been cleaned. We decided to leave a day early and upon check-out when we told them why we were leaving a day early they said sorry and that was it. Will not go again!

What a disappointment. The grounds are very hard to find parking. You don't know where you are going to find just the Casino. The place is very confusing. You go into the Casino has a ton of smokers. It was disgusting. When you cashed out they didn't give back any change. So we had like 83 cents it didn't give back to us. So I felt cheated. I will definitely not be coming back to this Casino.

Stayed 1 night. Room was clean, bed fine except pillows were terrible. I usually bring my own but to save luggage I decided not to this time. That was a mistake. Casino was fine. Seen employees wiping machines plus sanitary wipes around for you to use.The disappointing part….(1) still only 1 option for eating on the casino floor. The aroma cafe at hotel was a good breakfast option. (2) the top floor of hotel parking garage blocked off. That is the closet parking to get to hotel reservation. I had elderly parents with me so it was a challenge to come up garage elevator and walk farther to reservation. Told they were going to be setting up for event but as of the time I left no activity. Could of not blocked it off until necessary.(3) pool closed due to renovations, you just had it closed for a year due to COVID but you wait till you can open it back up for summer to shut it down. You must have your reasons. (4) resort fee still being charged. No Pool, No hot tub,No Valet, No bellhops, No housekeeping, 1 option for eating in casino. Where is a resort fee justified??

Hubby and I stayed 2 nights at Caesars in Southern Indiana.Had a heck of a time finding this place,it's in the middle of nowhere with no signs or directions that we could find.Had to ask for directions at a gas station.Pros: Check in was fine,we thought at the time. The room was nice, spacious and comfortable. It's a long walk to the casino but they have 2 moving walkways.Casino is a lot smaller than I thought it would be,but we had a nice time anyway.Cons: I really have to question the $15 a night resort fee.For What! The pool and hot tub were both closed for maintenance.Only 1 restaurant was open and it was more of a snack bar than anything. Two bottles of water were in our room with a sign saying they were $4 a piece plus tax.No housekeeping available due to Covid. These resort fees are a scam! Then on check out,we were treated very poorly.A very surley young lady named April informed us that our room, that we had reserved,in our name, was "attached",along with our credit card,to a person we did not know and could not seem to get thru to her that neither of us was that person nor did we know her and had no idea about this being "attached" somehow to us! After practically interrogating us,she got the manager, who acted like it was no big deal.Long story short, they blamed it on the new girl who had checked us in! We have tried contacting customer service regarding this matter but they are not available, apparently,to answer their phone and we can't seem to get pass the security to send an e mail, ended up in an endless loop! I'm thinking this is all by design, maybe we'll give up and let it go! All in all, there are too many casinos outside of Las Vegas to be treated so poorly.Won't be going back to Southern Indiana!

The room was clean and nice. However, we had to have 2 different refrigerators brought in, and never could get one that worked. Lost some food and had to keep what we had on ice the 3 days we were there. Spent $500 for both of us to get massages and facials. The massage was good, but the facial was not what we were told it would be. We were told it would include a "facial massage" by the appointment clerk because we stressed that we wanted a facial that included a "facial massage". We were both also told at each of our appointments, by the lady giving the massage, to take off our shirts for the facial because it included a neck and shoulder massage. Neither one of us received that, only an arm massage while face mask was drying. We were very disappointed and was not worth the money we spent on the facial. Would not recommend massage services at this hotel. Also, there was only 1 "grill" opened since all restaurants are closed certain times during the week. Very disappointed and won't be revisiting.
