The room was clean and nice. However, we had to have 2 different refrigerators brought in, and never could get one that worked. Lost some food and had to keep what we had on ice the 3 days we were there. Spent $500 for both of us to get massages and facials. The massage was good, but the facial was not what we were told it would be. We were told it would include a "facial massage" by the appointment clerk because we stressed that we wanted a facial that included a "facial massage". We were both also told at each of our appointments, by the lady giving the massage, to take off our shirts for the facial because it included a neck and shoulder massage. Neither one of us received that, only an arm massage while face mask was drying. We were very disappointed and was not worth the money we spent on the facial. Would not recommend massage services at this hotel. Also, there was only 1 "grill" opened since all restaurants are closed certain times during the week. Very disappointed and won't be revisiting.

Absolutely fantastic casino. I loved the sportsbook. Had a blast making bets on baseball games and then watching fully broadcasted games in a theater style atmosphere. I was in sports heaven. The food is really good. Ordered 3 piece fried chicken and mac n cheese for 23 dollars. Used my rewards credits on my players card to pay for it. The casino has plenty of slots to choose from as well. The only downside to this place is the walk to the hotel is very long. Probably 3 to 4 football fields distance. That's to far for me. If you had a scooter it would be a piece of cake. Another thing the walls in the room are thin. So you hear everything. I could hear a couple arguing and then 1 hour later they were expressing their feeling for each other. Not that I don't mind, I'm just glad they had a happy ending to their argument and it got quite after, they must of fell asleep and then I could finally fall asleep as well.

I finally had enough of their BS and posted this review of Caesars Indiana this morning: This past year I qualified for Seven Star status for the first time, which is supposed to be Caesar's most elite rewards program. Since I have received Seven Stars I have never been treated so poorly by this Casino! I have been going to Caesar's Indiana since the day they first opened, and were nothing but a gravel parking lot with a wooden ramp to get onto their river boat. I even went so far as to work there as a dealer for one year ( A job which I loved but had to give up for a new job) I had always been treated great by Caesars until recently. This past year I actually played enough to qualify for Caesar's Seven Star Status. I actually had to call the casino three time to inquire about receiving my status up grade. They reluctantly gave it to me in March. Since receiving it I have never been treated more poorly by a casino. I went there this past weekend to celebrate a friend's birthday and everything was fine until we finished eating and went to gamble. I went to play blackjack and was informed that (Despite the fact that I have never won money overall for any year since the day they opened, and was up only $300 dollars) my play was "too good" and I was no longer allowed to play blackjack there. ( I guess knowing basic strategy is not allowed), and apparently you are not allowed to have more than three winning nights in a row at this casino. I then went to cash my chips at the cashier, after being kicked off the blackjack table, standing in the Seven Star line, and stood there as they took the three people in the gold/platinum line ahead of us. My friends went and played slots (Loosing all their money of course) while I returned to the hotel room that I had reserved from Friday night to Sunday morning. The next morning I decided that since I was no longer allowed to play blackjack I would go fishing in the river near by. I took my suitcase with me in case I needed to change clothes before returning. When I returned to my room to shower and go eat breakfast the next day my room key did not work and someone was obviously inside my room. I went to the front desk and they informed me that they gave my room away because there was no luggage in it. I informed them that I had reserved it until Sunday, but this apparently did not matter to them. I then went down to the food court to get breakfast, standing in the Seven's Stars line, and once again everyone standing in the gold/platinum line was taken ahead of us. I'm certain that this treatment is intentional due to receiving Seven Star status while only losing $9,000 last year. I will be taking my business elsewhere because Caesar's Indiana only wants guaranteed LOSERS playing in their casino!!! If you win, even a little, they will kick you out and treat you like crap!

The Casino and Hotel was beautiful and relaxing. The Double Deck Dealer “Kim” was very entertaining. Justin was the floor and he was awesome. He reached out to a host for me 3 times due to me having Dimond status and no one never came after waiting 4 hours. This was my disappointment. I don’t feel I was treated appropriately with the status I hold.

The room was attractive but the the tile floor was dirty and sticky. Our shoes stuck to the floor with each step. This gets you noticing things and there was also debris on the floor. A child's necklace broke and there were beads around the carpet and tile. This strongly suggests the floors weren't cleaned or vacuumed. We also saw whiskers on the vanity around the faucet. The cost was almost double less expensive properties but not worth it. Not a lot of food selections and what was there was quite overpriced. Really tiring of places using co-vid as an excuse to cheap out on things. No clue what the resort fee covered. Any hotels I go to include wifi without a fee.
