This used to be my wife and I favorite casino but after this trip we won't be back. It started with the $170 Binions meal that was horrible. We left 3/4 of 2 $57 ribeye steaks on our plates. Wasn't worth taking it with us. As far as the casino the slots are so tight that you can't win on them. We used to go and play for hours on $200 now $200 will last you about a half and hour. The quarter machines we love is now 27 credits for max bet. Anything less and you have no chance at the jackpots. More non smoking area than smoking. If you love penny or dollar machines this place is for you. Won't be back.
Customer Service is Absolutely Lousy!!

They took my employer's credit card over the phone for my reservation. My secretary confirmed the week prior and was assured everything was in order. When I arrived I was required to give my personal card for room incidentals. They did not tell me they had declined my employer's card. They just charged the entire room to my personal card without notifying me and without my approval. I realized it when I checked my account balance and saw it had been taken out. My employer fixed the issue the next day, however the hotel refused to release my funds until after I had checked out!

Unfortunately, this otherwise nice hotel is overshadowed by the fact that they allow smoking in the casino. The smoke smell is quite prevalent everywhere else in the meeting areas and lobby. I was there for business and the attendees felt like we all needed to go home and wash our clothes and bags. Again, very sad because outside of that it is really nice and affordable.

No pool open --no resort fee discount, pool has to be most expensive to maintain, 4 restaurants--only one open on the casino floor-4 bucks for 2 eggs/toast, side of bacon 4 bucks (hard to chew)booked 2 months in advance for a king bed--did not get a king bed. Did not get any type of satisfaction nor comp. to compensate for wrong bed nor paying full resort fee.

The place is layed out well with hotel parking right outside the lobby! All employees were professional and friendly from beginning to end! Edward in day shift security has excellent social skills and is an all-around positive presence at the casino! The gaming floor was lavish and full of different amenities. The hotel room was perfect for any casino standard and the view was a nice as well! The only thing I couldn’t give 5 stars for was that they place water bottles in your room with a sign claiming you have to pay for them. I think this is a bit cruel to tantalize a thirsty guest with water and make them pay for it in their own hotel room.
