Caesars Windsor kicks off Breast Cancer Awareness with “Caesars Concerts for a Cure”

Caesars Windsor is proud to support the efforts of the Canadian Cancer Society once again with a new fundraising initiative called Caesars Concerts for a Cure. Concertgoers can feel great about their Colosseum concert ticket purchase because Caesars Windsor will donate $1 for every ticket sold for an October show!

October Colosseum shows include: Lionel Richie (October 3), So You Think You Can Dance (October 4), Vince Gill (October 11), Jethro Tull’s Ian Anderson (October 19), The Band Perry – all ages (October 20) and The Wanted – all ages (October 24).

Kevin Laforet, President and CEO of Caesars Windsor, said, “It is our pleasure to continue our longstanding support of all the incredible work the Canadian Cancer Society does on a national scale, but locally as well. Since 2006, we have donated more than $55,000 to the society. We look forward to sharing our overall commitment and exciting announcement in the fight against cancer in upcoming weeks.”

The Canadian Cancer Society is a national community-based organization of volunteers whose mission is the eradication of cancer and the enhancement of the quality of life of people living with cancer. Funds raised help support their many programs including education, research and support.

To make your ticket purchase for an October show or other great upcoming concerts, go to caesarswindsor.com, ticketmaster.ca or visit the Box Office located in the main casino building on the second floor, open Wednesday to Sunday from noon to 8 pm. On concert days, the Box Office is open noon until midnight. Guests must be 19 years of age or older to attend concerts (unless otherwise stated as All Ages) and to enter the casino and all other outlets. Prices listed do not include applicable taxes and fees.
