There’s something for everyone this February at Caesars Windsor’s Colosseum with the return of chart topping performers from two different genres – one rock and the other country.
See Juno award-winning Montreal rockers Sam Roberts Band return to the Colosseum stage on their Lo Fantasy Tour on Sunday, February 15 at 8 pm. Featuring lead vocalist Sam Roberts, the band has seen national success with chart-topping hits “Brother Down”, “Don’t Walk Away Eileen”, “Detroit 67”, “Them Kids” and “Love at The End of the World.” Lo-Fantasy, their fifth studio album, is considered the most wide-ranging collection Roberts has written and has already produced Top 10 hits “Shapeshifters” and “We’re All In This Together.” This is a must-see live band with songs that will have you up on your feet!
Opening for SRB are up and coming local band, hot off the release of their 2nd album Re-Birth of Cool, The Walkervilles. Featuring three talented Windsor musicians Pat Robitaille, Mike Hargreaves and Stefan Cvetkovic, the Walkervilles are heavily influenced by rock and Motown heard in their soulful originals “Sweet to Me Sexy”, “Please Baby Stay” and “Love Crazy”.

Also this February, Caesars Windsor welcomes the return of multi-platinum MCA Nashville recording artist Josh Turner on Saturday, February 21 at 9 pm. One of country music’s most recognizable hit-makers, Turner’s rich, deep voice and distinctive style has sold more than 12 million units, is a disciple of traditional country music and one of the youngest members of the Grand Ole Opry. From his 2003 Platinum-selling debut Long Black Train to his most recent 2012 Billboard No. 1 release Punching Bag, Turner has garnered multiple Grammy, CMA, and ACM nominations. Turner’s hits include “Your Man,” “Why Don’t We Just Dance,” “Firecracker,” “Would You Go with Me,” “All Over Me,” and “Time Is Love,” the most played country song of 2012.
