With Summer slowly passing us by, Autumn is fast approaching. It’s the perfect season for warm apple ciders, apple picking with the family, and heartier inspired dishes. This month we will be featuring our 14oz Tenderloin. It is known for its premium quality, buttery flavour, and superior tenderness.

QUICK TIP

Cook in batches. Batch cooking, especially in your slow cooker or when making soups, stews, stocks, or sauces. Rather than making 1 meal, make extra and freeze for a later date. This will make your busy weeks ahead much easier and convenient.
