Ian Anderson, the lead singer and the man behind Jethro Tull, continues to explore his musical creativity with new tours, new accompanying musicians and new arrangements of classic songs. However, this tour – Jethro Tull By Ian Anderson – also features some of the great Tull players in the band’s history. David Goodier resumes bass duties and John O’Hara presides over the keyboards.
The tour promises a setlist featuring some of Jethro Tull’s greatest hits including “Aqualung” and “Locomotive Breath,” along with newer songs and off-the-beaten path covers. What audience members can count on are some of progressive rock’s best musicians owning the stage together.
One never knows what to expect at an Ian Anderson show other than to expect the unexpected. Be dazzled with unpredictable thrill Aug. 20 at Caesars Windsor.
