Colosseum Ticket Refund Information

An updated show schedule will be released in early May 2021.  Specific ticket refund questions should be directed to the original point of purchase. Ticketmaster refunds are available online at Ticketmaster.ca.  For tickets purchased at the Caesars Windsor Box Office, you will be notified once we have a temporary solution to handle refund requests while we are closed.  Once the Box Office reopens, refunds will be available during posted operating hours.  Additional questions may be directed to boxoffice@caesarswindsor.com.

When will shows and concerts return?

We are monitoring and following health and safety guidelines for live entertainment.  We will be announcing our concert line up including rescheduled show dates and guidelines as soon as we are able.

Where can I get the latest information on postponed/rescheduled shows?

What should I do with tickets I have already purchased? What happens if I cannot attend a rescheduled show date and require a refund?

Please visit Caesarswindsor.com/shows or ticketmaster.ca for updated show dates and details on upcoming show schedules.

1.   If your event has been rescheduled or postponed, please hold on to your ticket as it will be valid for the new event once announced. Ticketmaster will email ticket holders and refunds will be available for 30 days after the event has been rescheduled.  Email will include instructions on how to receive your refund through your Ticketmaster account if you are unable to attend on the rescheduled date. If you choose to call Ticketmaster customer service, please expect significant wait times. 

2.    All cancelled events will be refunded. Due to the high volume of event changes, refunds may take up to 30 days to process for Ticketmaster purchases. If you purchased through ticketmaster, your credit card will be automatically refunded.

3.    If you have purchased your ticket from a sales channel other than Ticketmaster, please contact your original point of sale for a refund for any cancelled event.  Caesars Windsor is not responsible for Third party ticket sales.  Please contact your point of purchase for refunds.Once a rescheduled show date has been announced for postponed shows, purchasers will have 30 days to request a refund through their Ticketmaster account.

Refunds for Caesars Windsor Box Office purchases:Tickets purchased through the Box Office will be processed when the property reopens to the general public. In the interim, inquiries for Box Office ticket purchases may be emailed to: boxoffice@caesarswindsor.com

Please note that due to limited staffing, it may take up to 10 business days to reply to your inquiry. Please include all related details to your purchase including specific show, number of tickets and payment method in your email.
