I want to reset my PIN / What is my PIN?
PIN Resets can only be done at the TR Center (or casino cashier outside of Caesars Rewards Center’s hours of operation). Government-Issued Photo ID is required.
I want to reset my www.caesars.com website PIN.
If you are having trouble resetting your PIN online, or are having trouble accessing “My Caesars Rewards ” account online, contact 1-800-eHARRAH for technical support.
I lost my Caesars Rewards card and need a replacement.
Guests must visit the Caesars Rewards Center during the hours of operation, or request a card replacement at a Table Game. Valid Government-Issued Photo ID is required in order to receive a replacement card.
I need to change my Name/Address on my Caesars Rewards Account.
Address changes may be made online, or at the Caesars Rewards Center with valid Government—Issued Photo ID. Name Changes can only be done at the Caesars Rewards Center by presenting valid Government-Issued Photo ID with the new name.
Why didn’t I receive a specific offer or invitation?
Most of our offers are based on average daily play, not on Tier Credits. If your play meets the play-based criteria and you have a current email address on your Caesars Rewards account, you would automatically be emailed the details of the offer. There are many benefits that are available to you based on your Tier, however offers are not based on Tier.
When will my Reward Credits show on my Caesars Rewards account?
Reward Credits earned from slot or table play are usually posted instantly. Reward Credits earned through purchases at restaurants, Box Office, and retail take approximately 3 days to post to your Caesars Rewards account. Reward Credits earned through Hotel Room purchases post to Caesars Rewards accounts 10 days from the time of check-out. Reward Credits earned through multipliers or as prizes in a promotion will be added to accounts within 21 days.
Why has my Tier status changed ?
You must earn (5,000 for Platinum, 15,000 for Diamond, 150,000 for Seven Stars) Tier Credits within the calendar year (January to December) to maintain tier status.
