EXPANDED TUITION ASSISTANCE PROGRAMS
Receive up to $5,250 per year on Tuition Assistance
We’ve expanded our existing tuition assistance program to a max of $5,250 for qualifying full-time team members and $2,625 for part-time Team Members after only six months of continuous employment
- Our educational partner offers a vast list of in-network school providers who offer free education, free undergraduate degrees, and program discounts
- The program includes access to an academic advisor who will help to guide you along your educational journey

NEW! STUDENT LOAN REPAYMENT OPTIONS
Receive up to $5,250 per year in Student Loan Debt Repayment
Take advantage of our new student loan debt repayment benefit, paid in installments, for full and part-time Team Members with one year of continuous service.
- Benefit includes up to $5,250 yearly for qualifying full-time team members and $2,625 yearly for part-time Team Members
- Team Members can choose between tuition reimbursement and student loan debt repayment for a maximum benefit of $5,250 annually
- A 529 college savings plan is also offered to Team Members.

NEW! DEPENDENT SCHOLARSHIP OPPORTUNITIES
The Don Carano Legacy Scholarship
The Don Carano Legacy Scholarship is a company-wide scholarship program for dependents of Team Members and offers up to $20,000 over four years for qualifying individuals.
The scholarship was created in honor of founder Don Carano as a tribute to his passion for the gaming industry and the family values shared by all Team Members. Multiple scholarships will be awarded in the inaugural year.

EMERGING LEADERS SUMMIT
Regional In-Person Workshops
Each year, the Training & Development Team in conjunction with HR Leadership host in-person, regional leadership development summits for Team Members who have been identified as high-potential leaders. Participants are introduced to advanced leadership concepts, skills, and knowledge through interactive activities and projects.

NEW HIRE ORIENTATION
Welcome To The Empire
Creating the Extraordinary is what we do, starting with your first day of employment. During your first week as a New Team Member, you’ll attend Welcome To The Empire, where you’ll learn what it means to be a Caesar and be provided the resources to be successful in your new role.

FAMILY-STYLE SERVICE
Our Customer Service Approach
A portion of your time during new hire orientation will focus on customer service, where you’ll be exposed to Family-Style Service. This unique to Caesars learning experience sets the basis for the guest experience, exposes you to our Mission Vision Values, and provides you with the knowledge you need to Create The Extraordinary.

Independent Learning Tools
Through our library of professional development courses and educational partnerships, Team Members can learn new programs and brush up on previously learned skills. These programs are available to all Team Members of the Caesars Entertainment enterprise.
