With over 30,000 square feet of pillar free, multi-use arena space, the Mid-America Center is a state of the art facility ideal for concerts, trade shows, hockey, banquets, rodeos, conventions, family shows, community events, sporting events, religious events or wedding receptions. It holds approximately 6,700 guests for sporting events and 9,000 guests for concert events. There are 12 luxury suites in the arena, room for 56 guests in the North club party room and 46 in the South club party room, making it the perfect place to host your office or client party.
With easy access to Interstates 80 and 29, we are easy to find and parking is a breeze with 2,600 free open surfaced parking spaces. Be sure to visit the great local shopping, casino gaming, dining, hotels, movie theatres, zoo and botanical gardens in the area.
There are three public entrances to The Mid-America Center; West, South and the Convention Center entrances. Private entry to the club level can be accessed through the North entrance. The Box Office can also be found at the South entrance and may be accessed from both inside and outside the building.
Our convention center features 24,500 feet of exhibition hall space and 42,300 of ballroom and meeting space. It has space for 120 – 150 trade show booths. We feature two ballrooms and eight individual breakout rooms with a banquet seating capacity of approximately 1,500. We also have a spacious 13,500 feet of pre function area to accommodate you and your guests.

Animals, with the exception of guide, sight and signal dogs to aide patrons with disabilities, are not permitted in the Mid-America Center.
CAMERAS AND RECORDING DEVICES
The permitted use of cameras varies by event, please check the webpage of the specific event you are attending for specific information. Cameras with professional lenses and flash attachments are prohibited inside the Mid-America Center. Recording devices, both audio and visual, are not permitted within the arena.

Mid-America Center is a smoke-free facility. Guests observed smoking inside the facility shall be asked to extinguish the item immediately. Non-compliant guests are subject to ejection from the facility.
LOST / FORGOTTEN TICKETS
Mid-America Center is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets. However, if we can independently verify your purchase, we may be able to issue replacement passes. Much depends on where and how you purchased your tickets. If purchased using a credit card at the Mid-America Center Box Office or over the phone through Ticketmaster, we may be able to find your seat location. However, if you purchased your tickets using cash or at a Ticketmaster Outlet, there is no way that we can locate your seats and you will have to purchase a new, full-price ticket to see the event. If we are able to locate your ticket transaction, there is a $2.00 seat replacement fee per ticket.
Intoxicated guests will not be admitted into the arena at any time and are subject to ejection from the event. Guests denied entry into the facility will be offered a full refund from the arena box office.
LOST AND FOUND
The lost and found room is located on the Event Level at Guest Services. Any items found before or after an event will be turned in to Guest Services and held for 30 days.
Guests entering the arena must be properly attired with shoes and a shirt. The items must be worn at all times in the facility.
The throwing of projectiles inside the arena will not be tolerated. Guests who throw these items will be warned and are subject to ejection from the Mid-America Center.
The Mid-America Center has a no re-entry policy. That means that individuals who enter the facility for an event with an admission ticket and then leave the facility are not allowed back in after initial admission.
Guests who fail to abide by arena policies, state and federal law are subject to ejection from the facility. Any guest who is violating arena policy will be asked to correct their behavior. If they fail to do so in a timely fashion, ejection will occur. Individuals who have been ejected must vacate arena property or be subject to arrest on trespassing charges.
Public elevators are located at the North and Southwest side of the arena.
No patrons are permitted to bring weapons of any kind into the Arena with the exceptions of local, state and federal law enforcement officials. Concealed weapon permits are not valid in public assembly areas. Anyone with a weapon will be instructed to return to his or her vehicle or make other arrangements. Weapons will not be checked into the security office.
The first aid station is located on the Event Level behind Guest Services. Trained medical personnel are on staff for every Mid-America Center event and are available to guests and employees needing assistance.
FOOD AND BEVERAGE
Patrons may not bring outside food and beverages into the Mid-America Center.
