The Band Perry
Combining country, pop and rock melodies into a mainstream contemporary sound, The Band Perry is comprised of three siblings from Mobile, Alabama – Kimberly Perry (lead vocals, guitar and piano), Reid Perry (bass guitar) and Neil Perry (drums, mandolin and accordion). While many know them from their 2010 hit song "If I Die Young," The Band Perry officially began 5 years earlier in the summer of 2005.
The group signed to Republic Nashville in August 2009 and released their self-titled debut album in 2010. That first album produced "If I Die Young," which reached No. 1 on the U.S. Billboard Hot Country Songs and Hot Adult Contemporary Tracks charts – in addition to being certified six times platinum by the RIAA.
