We are committed to the safety of our Team Members and comply with applicable laws and regulations concerning workplace safety. Every property has a safety committee focused on implementation of safety procedures, risk analysis and frequent safety observations. Additionally, all Team Members complete annual safety training through our online platform or in person at training events and additional training is provided as required to meet specific job requirements.
We are focused on prevention and encourage Team Members to confidently speak up on matters of safety. Our Employee Right to Stop Work policy gives our Team Members the responsibility and authority to stop work immediately for safety reasons, without fear of retaliation. Caesars Entertainment considers no job or task to be important enough to compromise the safety and health of Team Members, guests, or the public, or cause irreversible harm to the environment.

Over the years, Caesars’ award-winning Wellness Rewards program and resources across our properties have engaged more than 90% of our Team Members in different forms of wellness activities, with positive results. In 2020, as part of our overall harmonization of benefits program across the company, we reevaluated new options to deliver a best-in-class wellness platform and engagement program using advanced technology so that every Team Member can connect and participate.
We will launch personalized wellness menus offering greater choice for Team Members across a wide range of wellness topics, including access to primary healthcare and health management tools, dental and vision programs, mental health and onsite wellness screening and consultation. We expect to roll out our new program in 2022.
