U.S. Privacy Policy Update (January 1, 2020)


1. Why are you making changes to the Privacy Policy?

On January 1, 2020, the California Consumer Privacy Act (the “CCPA”) comes into effect. The CCPA provides California residents with new privacy protections and rights regarding their personal information. We’re making changes to our Privacy Policy to reflect this change in the law and provide California residents information regarding their rights.
 

2. Do I need to do anything?

No, but if you do not agree to anything in the revised Privacy Policy, you should not use any of our U.S. websites or mobile applications that display this Privacy Policy (including www.caesars.com, www.caesarsrewards.com or the Caesars Rewards mobile application), or use any services at our U.S. properties after January 1, 2020.


3. Are you significantly changing the way you collect and use my information?

We are not significantly changing the way we are collecting and using your information. The changes to our Privacy Policy are primarily focused on providing Californians greater rights to access and delete their personal information and to opt out of the “sale” (as this term is described in our Privacy Policy) of their personal information, as required by the CCPA.
