Caesars Entertainment leaders strut the catwalk for breast cancer

High heels, embellished bras, and catwalks.

It might sound unusual anywhere else, but at Caesars Entertainment - team members take inspiring grown-ups to the next level.

Every year for Breast Cancer Awareness month, team members across the enterprise battle for a good cause with the grand finale of a fashion show!

Through the halls, you can smell baked goods as team members hold bake sales, pink accessories, or thoughtful notes for survivors and supporters for those fighting cancer.

In October, executives from various departments put on quite a show to raise as much as they can for the fight against cancer.

In the past, leaders have stood outside Caesars Palace to get a pie thrown in their face to raise money, “it gets really competitive,” said Jason Rinta, Total Service Manager for Bally’s, Paris and Planet Hollywood. Last year, more than $140,000 was raised.

Male senior leaders even slip-on high heels for “Real Men Wear Pink” and strut down the catwalk in the employee dining room at Caesars Palace.

For ten years, departments have participated in the “Battle of the Bras,” an annual competition where employees decorate bras and have their leaders model them at a fashion show.

This year’s theme is “Hunt for the Cure.” Team members will be able to vote for their favorite bra and will see them on display during the show.

Here is a look at the designs and fun from the 2019 Battle of the Bras:
