The Deck Margarita.

The Deck Margarita

This margarita was created at Harrah's Cherokee Hotel and Casino. The ingredients are 1 1/2 oz. silver tequila, 1/2 oz. St. Germain Elderflower, 1/2 oz. agave nectar simple syrup, margarita mix and salt or sugar on the rim, which is optional. To create the margarita, combine all ingredients and fill with margarita mix. Pour over ice and garnish with a lime.
Sanoma Sunrise margarita.

Sanoma Sunrise Margarita

This margarita is available at the Winner's Circle Brewpub and OTB at Indiana Grand Racing and Casino. The recipe calls for 1 1/2 oz. tequila blanco, 3/4 oz. lime juice (fresh-squeezed), 3/4 oz. Simple Syrup, and red wine. To create this fill a shaker with ice, tequila, lime juice, and simple syrup. Shake until chilled and pour into a glass. Set a spoon at a 45-degree angle barely placed inside of the margarita. The back of the spoon should be facing the ceiling. Pinch the top of the wine bottle with your finger and slowly pour red wine onto the back of the spoon and let it drizzle on the surface of the margarita, Pour until you have about 1/4 inch of red wine in the glass.
Strawberry and Cayenne Margarita

Strawberry and Cayenne Margarita

This margarita is available at The Steakhouse at Harrah's New Orleans Hotel and Casino. The ingredients include 1 1/2 oz. silver tequila, 1 oz. fresh lime juice, 1/3 oz. strawberry puree, 1/4 oz. demerara syrup, strawberry for garnish, and a 1/2 rim of cayenne, sugar, and a salt blend. To create this, combine tequila, lime, puree, and syrup in a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously. Strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass prepped with a 1/2 rim of cayenne, sugar and salt blend. Garnish with a strawberry on the rim.
Coconut margarita

Coconut Margarita

This margarita is available at Harveys Lake Tahoe Hotel and Casino. The ingredients include 1 1/2 oz. silver tequila, 2-15 oz. cans of sweet cream of coconut, a 46 oz. can of pineapple juice to taste and a splash of sweet and sour. To create this, combine cream of coconut and pineapple juice to make a pre-made batch of margarita mix. Pour pre-made mix into a cup and add 1 1/2 oz. tequila. Blend well and serve over ice with a honey-dipped rim coated with toasted coconut.
Pineapple margarita

Pineapple Margarita

This margarita is available at the 360 Steakhouse at Harrah's Council Bluffs Hotel and Casino. The ingredients include 2 oz. tequila, 1 oz. Grand Marnier, 4 oz. pineapple juice, and a splash of lemon-lime soda. To create this, pour all ingredients over ice and enjoy.
El Jimador Habanero Margarita

El Jimador Habanero Margarita

This margarita is available at Horseshoe Southern Indiana Casino. It contains 1 1/2 oz. El Jimador tequila, 1 1/2 oz. triple sec, 6 dashes of Tabasco® Habanero, a splash of lime juice, and sweet and sour to taste. To create this, combine ingredients in an ice-filled shaker. Shake vigorously until chilled. Pour over ice and garnish with fresh lime.
