One step closer.

In less than a year, thousands of people will walk the halls of the world’s two largest column-free ballrooms.

Recently, more than 450 construction workers took a break from working in the desert heat to celebrate another milestone for CAESARS FORUM - the topping off ceremony.

The construction workers joined Caesars Entertainment executives for the placement of the final steel beam on the top of the structure.

“To me, this signifies much more than that,” said Karyn Steenkamp, vice president of design and construction at Caesars Entertainment. “It is the culmination of design and development plans that have gone on over the last few years. The dreams of everyone here at Caesars Entertainment.”

The $375 million facility will be the first one of this size built on one level. It is the equivalent to 27 tennis courts. It will have 300,00 square feet of flexible meeting space, including two 110,000 square-foot pillarless ballrooms, two 40,000 square-foot ballrooms, and six state-of-the-art boardrooms. It will also feature FORUM Plaza, a 100,000 square foot outdoor meeting and event space.

"We are really excited that just about a year from now CAESARS FORUM is going to open. It is going to add to the diversity of our Caesars Entertainment portfolio for our customers," said Lisa Messina, vice president of sales for Caesars Entertainment.

CAESARS FORUM is walking distance to several of Caesars Entertainment properties on the Las Vegas Strip. It also has direct access via sky bridge to Harrah’s Las Vegas and The Linq Hotel and Experience.

“This is a great opportunity to showcase the talent of all of our Caesars Entertainment properties,” said Don Ross, vice president of catering, conventions, and events.

“The calendar of the first three to four months is stacked with fortune 500 company after fortune 500 company,” said Michael Masari, chief sales officer at Caesars Entertainment. "The interest and bookings for our world-class facility has exceeded our expectations and we look forward to serving a variety of clients when we open the doors to CAESARS FORUM next year."

CAESARS FORUM is expected to open March 2020.
