I have stayed at this hotel and love it. I will be staying here when I return and on all subsequent trips. This time I was staying at Bally’s and I have a very specific need with my medication - a small refrigerator with the small freezer section in the top. Bally’s has always been able to accommodate this request. They bring up the refrigerator to the room and no issue. This time the maintenance guy said that he had to see, but should be able to find one. Came back to the room and no refrigerator. I went to diamond check in and asked again, the manager (a blonde haired lady) told me they do not have any due to the renovations and then by the end of the conversation said it was special request and no guarantees. I asked to see if the Cromwell had any rooms, she supposedly called and told me they did not. I asked for her to help me find a solution was told to put it on ice. This will not help me get on plane to return home, as TSA requires the ice packs to be frozen. I was told there nothing they could do. This is where the Cromwell Concierge, Nicole St. Jacques, went above and beyond... I stopped by and spoke with her explaining my situation and how this hotel always was able to accommodate me the last couple of times that I stayed there. I know they couldn’t provide a refrigerator for the other hotel and that they didn’t have any rooms, but her and her Manager at the very least helped find a possible solution. Guess what, when I got back to my room at Bally’s there was refrigerator with the small freezer section? Anyway, due to Nicole’s willingness to help me even when I was not staying there has earned the Cromwell my business from now. I travel to Las Vegas several times a year and will not look to stay anywhere else.
