The Hotel is old but nice. Front desk not very kind. They write in the advertising "only for adult", and basically it is ok.. but they don't inform you about the risk to be in a floor full of dogs. I didn't sleep all the night, at least 2 dogs were barking all the night.. continuously. I called the front desk at 3am, a responsible tried to do his best without result. The day after the manager offered me 60 usd of refund. I requested the total refund (240 usd + tax). They told me to request the refund to expedia and they would accept after the request of Expedia. No way.. as soon Expedia contacted them, they refused. I don't recommend this hotel.

The lobby and casino of the hotel was clean and inviting. The ladies at the front desk were very nice and helpful. However, the room was less than clean. It was clear that the room had not been cleaned well - we wipe down most surfaces with a Clorox wipe as a habit due to COVID, so it is clear when an area has not been cleaned or wiped down often. Also, the toilet in our bathroom was not working - I believe that it was stopped up but never fully fixed.
Ok option with high price comparative

Our first time at the Cromwell and it won’t be our last! Checking in, the staff was friendly, professional and quick. The place is beautiful and LOVE that we didn’t need a treasure map to find our room. Yes, it’s smaller than other hotels on the strip, but that and the fact that you have to be 21 or over to even enter are HUGE bonuses!! The casino floor is stunning and everything in our room was perfect! And staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. This place is also located at a great spot to everything! Can’t recommend enough!!

My husband and I liked that the Cromwell is now a 21+ hotel property. No screaming kids running up and down the hallways. Our room was nice. It was clean and we could partially see the Bellagio fountains from our room window/bathroom window. The beds were extremely comfortable and my husband and I slept very well. The shower was large and had a rain shower head. There was a negligible amount of street noise if you kept your windows closed.A couple of aesthetic notes. I really like the “feel” of the Cromwell. Very intimate and upscale boutique feeling. The check in area was very “library” feeling. The property is much smaller as compared to others on the Strip. If you’d rather be in a hotel or casino where you aren’t crawling over hundreds and hundreds of people and is at a walkable location to many other places, you will like the Cromwell. Everything in the hotel/casino is dark wood which is a part of the theme. Dark wood shows “dings” and wear and tear which was the case in our room with the dark furniture which wasn’t a huge deal to me because the room was clean and comfortable. We had a communication issue with housekeeping. We don’t have our room cleaned everyday because we quite frankly don’t need it and left our door tag out on day 1. Housekeeping called and left a message about cleaning our room after the first day and we said we didn’t want it but would like a cleaning for the next day. They didn’t clean our room the next day and we had another message from housekeeping saying that they would not be cleaning the room but would bring new towels and toiletries. They never showed with those items either. I was just a little confused with that whole situation. We won’t stay at the Cromwell next time we go to Vegas because we like to stay at different properties every time for new experiences, but overall, I’d give it a B.
