Every time you leave or enter they are on you. Do not fall for the free gift. Its vegas nothing is free.

Very strong odor of carpet/room deodorizer in room which hotel was unable to remedy, either in this room or two others we looked at. Strong enough to induce coughing and irritate throats. Housekeeping was spotty; found candy and a penny on floor of first room upon check in and old bag of popcorn in second room. Strong smell of weed inside our room on night 3. Front desk seemed disinterested, stating it was coming from adjacent rooms or HVAC. Had to get desk clerk to ask manager to approve transfer to another room, which was smaller than our original one. Could not speak to manager direct.I have stayed regularly here for several years now (3rd time this year alone) with no prev issues until now. Only possible redeeming part of stay was got a good room rate for our 4 night stay, and in Vegas, one does not stay in the room very much.
Not as it seems...

I booked 2 rooms 8 months prior to arrival, signed up for the rewards membership, and even called and upgraded my room once 2 months prior to arrival. When we arrived Sunday, we were told that room types are not guaranteed. So we didn't get a king bed we had booked. So settled for 2 queens but they upgraded us to a fountain view. Also, when booked, online the room said it had a coffee maker - nope, sure didn't. But you can buy coffee for 5 bucks a cup in the lobby. After check in, beware of the Wyndam people trying to suck you into a timeshare visit. They act like they are hotel employees, asking you if you are checked in and if they can help you find your room just to try to scam you. Our room was a 2 Queen Go Room fountain view, non smoking. 5 nights for $300.00 (which included resort fees and taxes). Seems like the ultimate deal. BUT you obviously get what you pay for here. The room was so old, outdated, dirty. Dust plastered on all the walls. The couch, OMG, we called it explicit things as it was so stained, who knows what all was on it. Broken lights, stained curtains, nasty hairdryer, dirty remotes. I mean, I cannot describe how broken, beaten and scarred this room was. And the other room I booked for my family was the same way. The beds were clean, and we really just needed a working shower and a bed to lay our head on. And after politely trying to understand why we couldn't get a room we actually booked at the front desk, I knew it there was use to complain about the cleanliness/working order of the room. Also to top things off, the fridge froze everything on the warmest setting, and the toilet ran water all the time. So moral of the story - rooms are not guaranteed! And they are OLD and OUTDATED!!!! If you don't care about the room and want a cheap hotel based on location, then this is the place for you.
Awesome stay!

We initially paid the upgrade for a go room on the strip view but when we arrived they had none available and was put in the flamingo room highroller view. The beds were sooooo comfy in the flamingo room but the next day we went to the lobby and they switched us to the room we booked with no problems! Would definitely reccomend this hotel the location is perfect it is very clean and very helpful. Just avoid the wyndam reps always bugging you we learned to say we are leaving tonight they leave you alone
