Check in via kiosk easy and uneventful. Room was nice and clean. Hotel, casino, hallways, elevators, poolside area all smells like a marijuana factory. You cannot escape that smell. Ironically, there is a sign in the room that says "Enjoy the clean air"....I couldn't find it. Room wreaked of marijuana. Pool is an issue. The expansive pool with the slides is now designated 21 and over. Few adults swam the 5 days I was there. The under 21 pool was very small and jam packed. The security personnel "guarding" the entrance made the rules up as they went. After 30-50% capacity was reached, a Virtual Waitlist is enacted by which one enters their party and the number of people wishing to enter vis text message to the hotel designated number and when your "time" is reached, you ought to receive a text indicating that. The first day, I was on the wait list and never received a text. I heard others say the same thing throughout the week. Another time, I was on the wait list, watched others arrived to the pool and put themselves on the waitlist long after I did but the security guard allowed them and their families entrance to the pool, despite my being on the waitlist long before. When I attempted to inquire with the security personal, I was verbally cut off from speaking and after allowing the other families to enter, I was then permitted. I complained to customer service about the waitlist functionality and the security personnel to Allison. She assured me she would address the situation. The very next day, after having been at the pool in the same swim suit, same coverup, carrying the same bag to be inspected, with the same ball cap on, with my daughter in the same outfit 4 days in a row, in approximately the same position in line, I was asked by the same security guard for my room key to prove I was a guest at the hotel. He did not ask any of the 4-5 families in front of me in line. When I asked him....you don't recall seeing me for the last 4 days, really?......His reply was that he sees thousands of people a day, he couldn't possibly remember me. I find that very odd. The rules say no outside food or beverage was permitted in the pool area, that changed day to day and person to person. Sometimes people were permitted and others were not. I watched people leave the pool and return without having to be back on the waitlist to re-enter with food from outside and others were made to put themselves on the waitlist to re-enter but told no food could brought in

I definitely would stay there again in the future. I recommended the Flamingo for my son and his to stay at when they go there in May.
