My family and I recently stayed at the Flamingo and had a great time. My fiancée and I stayed in the Go Room and had some minor inconveniences with the room. First of all we had bad lighting in the room. The lights were very dim and one bulb above the bed was completely out. The AC system was very loud at first but we determined it was normal. We had trouble finding an outlet to plug in our chargers and had to reach under a desk to find one. The last thing was that the room was not very clean and we found a used cigarette near the couch and window. We were totally turned off by this discovery. With the Covid-19 stuff going on we hoped they would have done a better job on the cleanliness of the room. We love staying at the Flamingo and will continue to stay here. We understand these are minor inconveniences and we hope for a better experience on our next visit. Thanks!

I am a high diamond member and it took 45 mins to check in. Then I go to the pool and you have to make reservations to go. I made one was told it be about 4 hours after I made it. So if you can handle that. Stay. If not don’t. There is nobody that cares about the customers.

The hotel itself was fine but because of trying to get people to come to Vegas they made parking open to everyone for free. One night we spent at least an hour looking for a parking space and the next night 1:45 trying to park and we were told by the hotel to just keep trying because it’s first come first served. I’m a guest of the hotel and they didn’t care.
Great location on the Strip and comfortable beds!

I love staying in the middle of the strip, and this time we picked Flamingo and was not disappointed. The beds were super comfortable - didn't wake up with back aches from "hotel beds" like I usually do. Good service, great location and would definitely stay here again. A little disappointed but understandable that Covid caused many attractions to either be shut down or limited availability. If you want to do any of the attractions around that require tickets to get in - don't wait until the last minute, they book days in advance - especially near the weekend!

Do not stay at this hotel, management and staff customer service was horrible, my friends and I wanted to speak with the manager about our concerns and frustration with the customer service among their employees and also about concerns on the text messages for the pool reservations were not accurate. The manager Tyras Alcox was RUDE !! he had a very condescending attitude when we brought up concerns about the pool and how the pool staff were being rude. His only response was he kept repeating He understood and the pool was not his problem, then proceeded to dismiss us. Then when he did not like how my friends he kicked all my friends out their reservation and off the hotel because he said we “threatened” him when all we did was ask for a solution about the pool text messages. NEVER AGAIN!!

The beds were super comfortable - didn't wake up with back aches from "hotel beds" like I usually do. Good service, great location and would definitely stay here again. A little disappointed but understandable that Covid caused many attractions to either be shut down or limited availability.
