I always stay at the Flamingo simply because the service is great. The location is hands down the best on the strip. The views from the rooms are excellent. The play in the casino is balanced and has plenty of open tables. VIP services was outstanding. I have traveled here with my family and just no on romantic getaway and the Flamingo has everything you need everywhere in between. Love this place will definitely be back soon.

I think they are all getting $40 plus a day in las vegas for the resort fee. Amongst other things the flamingo advertises it includes use of the internet and pool. Well no one told us in advance the pool would be closed on Saturday for some private event, and the internet service was so sporadic i had to leave the hotel to use the service at Starbucks.Even when away I need to work so constantly being thrown off after a five minute use period was problematic. We have stayed at Ceasar properties for six years in a row, and this was 2 in a row for flamingo but never again.I mentioned it to several clerks on the phone my problem and they just referred me to an off site service. The checkout girl offered no assistance to credit my bill. I have received two emails from them asking for feedback, which I did. However, no apology or nothing.so here it is my truthful review as promised to the flamingo customer service team who have provided NO REFUND and NO CUSTOMER SERVICE so NO I WONT BE BACK!!

I've been going to Vegas for over 10 years now, and have stayed in almost every hotel (whether Mlife or Total Rewards) on the Strip. Honestly, the hotel is just really run down. The location is great, but the rooms and hotel seem really tired. There was not one big reason on why we wouldn't choose this hotel again but just a bunch of little ones - the ceilings are really low (like 8 feet in the hallways), the bathroom didn't have a regular door but instead had a pocket door that slid shut, the tv in our room didn't work (not that you need a tv in Las Vegas), the fan for the air conditioner in our room was super loud, the bathroom didn't have any shower gel in the dispensor, the front desk charged us $30 to check in a few hours early even when the room was vacant and ready, and the elevators were out of order for a period of time. For the money, you are better off choosing somewhere else, unless location is your only reasoning. It is too bad to see the once proud property in such dire need of repairs. Even the Bugsy Bar has almost all of the lights burned out.
