Let me start by saying that we come to Vegas every year. We have stayed in a variety of hotel/casinos and like trying different ones. We booked the Forever Fab Suite. The suite itself was decent, the hotel is older but we could overlook things like chipped paint and light switches that didn't work. What I can't overlook is the terrible customer service. We had a mix up with our breakfast, and the hostess inadvertently redeemed a voucher for breakfast that she should not have. The response that we received from all staff involved was terrible. Our personal concierge that we had couldn't help with anything, so that was a waste. And Jimmy at the front desk had absolutely no empathy for our issue. I truly don't complain about things normally, but after spending the amount that we did on the room, I felt that we had to say something. We actually checked out early and went to the Cosmopolitan, which is AMAZING. Should have stayed there from the beginning.

Well the first night of check out the out water wasn’t working/hot enough...they did attempt to send the engineer to fix it but at this point it been almost an hour and 3 phone calls later and we had dinner reservations and tickets for shows that we had prepaid for that we almost missed had they not just changed out room so I was given a credit for this issue.....kicker is I was under the impression I was getting this back off of my bill while I found out 20 min prior to checkout that I had to use them there on the spot before check so I started the process of trying to order drinks from the casino bar right by the checkout counter before check out.....which at this point the bartender told me I show you don’t have authorization to charge any items to my room and I went back and forth between the customer desk and the bar 4 separate times before the bartender figured out the issues which at this point was 10:59 and the mangers says oh your are fine as far as check out well I checked out at 11:03 with a rep who also told me I was fine as far as the late checkout but I’m being charged 10 bucks for the 3 min and I wasn’t in the room didn’t get to stay the extra hour and was charged for it due to miscommunication between the staff Funny how The same credit I was issued because of poor service costed me an additional 10 dollars at check out so I’m pissed to say the least won’t stay here again ever

We booked this hotel namely for the beautiful pool, and proximity to everything on the strip so it was hugely disappointing to find out that the pool was closed. There was no indication of this in any of our communication with the hotel prior, and we couldn't even speak to a human about it once we arrived.We were also overcharged $20 for the buffet because they insisted we have a physical version of the gold rewards card on hand, but their machines were broken and we couldn't get it printed out. Their customer service desk was also closed, so no help there. Afterwards when we were finally able to get a card, they told us we were couldn't get a refund.The rooms were nice, and reasonably clean (just don't put your hand under any of the furniture).

Our room was in the tower, 26th floor. The room was clean and comfortable. I was worried about the room being nice because it was a comp from Flamingo's to our traveling companions But we were pleasantly surprised. The worse thing I can think of about the room was waiting on the elevator because we were so far up, but it really wasn't bad either and being so far up gave us an absolutely Gorgeous view!

I was worried about the room being nice because it was a comp from Flamingo's to our traveling companions But we were pleasantly surprised. The worse thing I can think of about the room was waiting on the elevator because we were so far up, but it really wasn't bad either and being so far up gave us an absolutely Gorgeous view!
