Weve stayed here 4 times over the years and I'm thinking this will definitely be our last. We arrive around 9pm on Sunday, try to check in at the kiosk and it doesn't work. I'm told I have to go to the desk & wait in a THIRTY MINUTE line?? Are you kidding me! After I booked this room months ago and already checked in online !! Furious! An associate asked me if everything was ok I advised NO, they ended up upgrading us to a run down Neapolitan suite, broken toilet, broken curtains, broken closet door. There was no way I was standing in line again to complain about these issues. They tried to make it right, but I booked a NEW executive room that shouldn't have been given away! The pool used to be the best on the strip! Now they have totally RUINED it trying to be a "day club", nasty security, long lines to get in, the pool is open to the public!, insanely priced drinks & dont even think about going to your room if it's on the pool side ! The music is so loud you cant think. Next time we're staying off strip or somewhere else, sorry Flamingo

We booked a Neapolitan Suite for four nights beginning July 13th. Arrived on the 13th and was given 18107 as our suite. Arrived at approximately 2:00pm to the suite and the living room was pretty cool but the bedroom was HOT. On top of that the toilet was broken and the drapes in the bedroom were broken (Thank goodness I travel with giant binder clips!). Called guest services and gave the rundown of issues. Great apology given. No one from engineering arrived so call first services again and asked for another room/suite. Was told I need to visit front desk. Being a Platinum Rewards member we went to the Platinum/Diamond desk. Related issues to “Tina Marie” and was told no rooms available and walked away from us! She was far colder than 18107 ever got during our stay! Then “our concierge” Ivy contacted us about our experience so far. She got an earful and our toilet was fixed - but drapes not repaired until Monday and we just gave up on the air in the bedroom. That was our first and last conversation with “Ivy” until she told us how to checkout on Wednesday. The first night we went down to the casino and it was HOT! The dealers and put bosses all sweating. Apparently the A/C for that section of the hotel had been out since Thursday - apparently this was the section our suite was in as well. I cannot believe that 1) we weren’t made aware of the A/C issue at checkin 2) no one seemed concerned about the guests not having A/C in their suites and 3) the nicest staff were the housekeeping team! So, apparently it means ZERO to the Caesars organization that Platinum members exist. We’ll be shredding out Total Rewards Visa and Platinum cards when we get home! M-Life here we come!
