4 night stay. We arrived at 10am to checkin, the staff was super helpful and very friendly. It was a $15 charge to check in early, which is not much, would have paid more for this. We had a King Go Suite room 27041, it was roomy and very clean. Only issue was Friday night, next room played music very loud at 3am and had to call security 4 times, finally my wife went to the desk and we changed room 24001. The casino floor was very clean and saw workers cleaning machines and tables all over the place. The outside wasn't the best with all the beggers and people trying to sell you on the time share experience, not Flamino's fault. Overall, I would stay here again and this is coming from a couple that has stayed at 17 casinos on the strip and Fremont.

My bathroom was unsatisfactory, there was mold on the ceiling, heavy dust buildup in the vent,and broken shower door. The living space also had heavy dust build up on tv, lamps/shade/curtains and vent. The carpet was extremely dirty. Due to my allergies I called the front desk and requested a room change but the request went deaf ears. What I got was the housekeeping supervisor and one of her team members, to inspect concerns and to out come was a dusted vent and the cleaning of 1 of the mold areas. The other concerns were left untouched and same room. SAD business practice.

Upon checking in, the front desk was made aware that our heat did not work & there was no Wi-Fi connection (one of the 2 services the $42/ day resort fee covers) in our room. We were advised someone would be right up, however, no one did. The next day I was told it would be fixed, NOTHING again. Upon check out, a front desk agent informed a manager wanted to take $14 or so off my bill. I'm wondering how acceptable this would be for them to allow their families to sleep in an ice cold room over their entire vacation and be compensated with $14. Horrible experience!!

This property was terrible! This was a quick turn around trip that was planned and the Flamingos website stated that there was plenty social distance measures that they were taking with visitors/ rooms and cleaning measures. This was a LIE! Check in took 45 minutes but the staff was exceptionally helpful and polite so i cannot complain. The room was another story. The bathroom needed a power washing. Every corner was filled with someone elses dirt. The guest before us had dark straight hair because we found pieces of it. On the sink in multiple spots. There was dirt in the bottom of the shower. Also the toilet paper holder was BROKEN and removed so the expectation for us was to hold the roll and place it on the counter????!We called immediately to report these issues and were told that they COULD NOT change rooms and would send a manager and a housekeeping staff member immediately. The manager never showed. When the housekeeper arrived she looked and said your bathroom is clean. When I then pointed out the trouble she giggled a bit and apologized. The giggle was embarrassment, I could tell. I assured her that i didn't blame her but did need a clean restroom. I then left so that she didn't feel pressure. When we returned you could tell that items were actually cleaned this time. but the toilet paper still remained broken and sitting on the counter. The bed seemed clean enough but the pillows seemed old and in dire need of replacement. Visually from the way in which they could hardly stand and one being larger than the other on ONE bed. The other bed matched. When sleeping it took them BOTH to be used to be able to lay comfortably. The Wifi is free and we were thankful as we didn't get great signal on the 14th floor BUT we couldn't connect for a lot of sites as the signal /Wifi was TERRIBLE. We kept getting error messages stating that we lacked internet access.Unless the hotel was at capacity I don't understand why we have people on each wall. We knew from the noise and weed smoke that came through into out room that was supposed to be smoke free. I assume just from US and not the rooms next door?! This was a ONE DAY stay where we had no intentions of being in the room, but fully expected that the room in the least could be clean and socially distanced as we were promised.
