Husband and I are both teachers and were so excited to go to Vegas! All we wanted was a nice, clean room, good food, and use of the beautiful pool at the Flamingo. We've been to the pool once! You have to make reservations and most of the time you make the reservation and hear NOTHING back! I understand the seriousness of covoid and have fo!lowed Vegas' rules to the T!!! Instead of relaxing and enjoying a vacation before the school year starts (and we will be locked in our classrooms with masks, trying to teach to the brave students who do show up AND the students online), we have been nothing but stressed! I called several other hotels on t the syrup, and they allow their valued guests COMPLETE access to their pools. Save yourself the stress and heartbreak and find any other hotel that is NOT related to Careers. You will have a much more enjoyable experience. You will be to swim AND eat wherever and whenever you want 😊. Avoid ALL Caser's properties... And be HAPPY you came to Vegas during this pandemic!!!! Forgot to mention the dirty rooms, no one removing trash from your room, and the same dirty sheets ALL week! I called Andrea Robertson (ASSISTANT Hotel Operations Manager) for help. She told me she can't do anything to help, I am on my own, and it is my own fault for traveling to Vegas during Covid. Seriously??? So nice to be wanted - NOT!

We stay at this hotel every time that we go to Vegas. But now things have changed. We arrived on Monday and specifically asked to upgrade to a room with a jetted tub. The lady said it was fine and charged us another 40 a night. We got to the room and it had a normal tub. Went back down and asked why the tub was normal, the lady behind the counter said they don’t have jetted tubs. So we got our original room. We went out and walked the strip for a few hours and when we came back our room was 80 degrees. Called front desk and they sent a maintenance guy, guy said the coil was packed and we have to move rooms. We went back down stairs, they then put us in a suite. It was all good for 2 nights. Then the third night about sundown there was a lot of bass coming thru the window on the 27th floor. We called down and they said there’s no music outside, so we asked for them to try to find the source. 2 hours later it’s still going, we call again. Was told that they will walk the hallways. Another hour goes by and we call again because it’s 11 pm and we have a 0500 flight. We were told that there was a domestic disturbance that security was trying to handle and they would be up afterwards. Still not taken care of. We went and grabbed a manager and brought them to the room, managers told us “oh that’s music from the restaurant” (again we are 27 floors up) manager stated “we can’t do anything about them because they’re tenants”. So we asked to move rooms. He kept telling us that everyone has to put up with the loud music until 2am. So we moved rooms to the other side of the hotel and it was right behind the elevator so we heard the elevators running all night. There was also a plastic bag over the smoke detector. Between moving 4 rooms in 4 days, getting the run around, and the way management runs this place, it has made it official that this place has gone way down hill! We will seriously think twice before we try to stay here again.

Decided to book last minute. Unfortunately the room was not up to the standards that I was used to. I have stayed here plenty of times as well with no problems. There was hair in the bathtub. Which kind of worries me with Covid- how well are they cleaning the rooms? I guess the sink was broken and maintenance just stuck a wooden stick to turn the sink on and off and also the bathtub was leaking water all night.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had on the Las Vegas strip. When I first walked into the room everything seemed marvelous and as I got closer I realized things weren’t so. There were many things that were non-functioning in the room. The curtains were attached to some electronic device that did not work and I was never able to open the curtains. Also part of the curtain was already detached from this contraption. There were tears and rips in the lower base of the bed. There were stains of some sort of liquid or something on the side of the nightstand between the two beds. There apparently was some kind of DVD player sound system with speakers that did not function. In the bathroom it appeared that there were supposed to be some kind of TV screen in the mirror that just had a cable sticking out of the mirror going nowhere and didn’t work either. I was very unhappy with the hotel and my stay. I find it hard to recommend the Flamingo Las Vegas to anyone as well as This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had on the Las Vegas strip.
