By far the worst hotel stay ever! It should change its name to Motel 6. Advanced checkin was useless because all the kiosks were down. Only 2 or 3 desk agents at high checkin time. My room was definitely not well cleaned. They actually leave carts in the hallway so that you can get your own towels, etc. No valet service during the week. Restaurants, pools and many amenities are either closed, close early or just don’t exist anymore. Gaming floor is filthy. I thought Harrah’s Philadelphia was a dump but now I know it’s just Caesars’ properties. New owners at some, poor management at others. STOP BLAMING COVID for your horrible service! You’re just taking advantage to reduce costs. I’m done with all Harrah’s and Caesars properties.
