Checked in on Sunday, November 10. Figuring rooms would not be ready early, we got there at 3:15 PM. There was a line to check-in but it moved quickly. I didn't want to use the kiosk since I wasn't sure if it had the option to select room location. No problem until we were told our room was not ready and not sure when it would be ready. It could be anywhere from now until 8:00 PM. There were many people roaming the casino with their luggage or sitting in the small waiting area. By 5:30 we got tired of waiting and left the casino to go to the Ocean Casino Resort for some supper. We didn't get a text that the room was ready until 6:10. Never had this problem before. This is totally unacceptable!!. We've been here many times and never had to wait this long for a room. Usually a nice stay. I'm writing this to see if management is concerned, because if this is the norm (I will try staying here one more time), then I will find someplace else to stay in Atlantic City. I would have rated this a One except the remainder of the stay was good. One last minor item - we stayed at the Waterfront Tower (14th Floor). We selected this because of its proximity to the pool and because we thought these rooms were recently remodeled. Room was clean but the furniture and rug certainly didn't look like they were fairly new. That would not stop me from staying here, just another note to management.
