Signed up for a night away with my hubby. I recently injured my back affecting my hip. Tried to valet as an overnight guest, and we were turned away. Only star and diamond members are allowed to valet. Check in was easy, but at $325 for a room, you would expect better than staring a trash on the roof and a wall, ugh. No reservations available at any of the good restaurants. Finally we like to play slots. The machines ate our money like a vending machine. I don't mind losing, but let me play a little. Going back to Borgata where we are treated well.

This stay was a mess from start to finish. Check in took forever despite the fact I was in the diamond line with 1 person ahead of me. Finally get to our first room, a bunch of bugs all over the bathroom! (Coastal tower). They get us in a new room and give a $50 credit off my bill. Ok. Went to Gordon steak first. Not the best service but the one thing that really bothered me was the fact my boyfriend and me took the little time we had before our reservation to make ourselves look presentable, and everyone else there looked like they strolled in off the beach. (Thought there was a dress code, a pretty simple one to abide by at that). That nice we played some games after dinner. Witnessed a girl spill a pina colada all over the floor, she was nice and apologetic about it. The “clean team” representative told the girl it was fine and it will just soak right into the carpet. I get stuff happens and I don’t think the girl should have gotten yelled at or anything but someone actually caring about cleaning the mess would be nice. Was looking forward to a day at the pool, only reason we stayed at harrahs actually. I looked for info about it on the TV, said they start serving food at 1130. Turns out they don’t Serve food at all! You have to practically door dash it from your phone. Orders fir this service opened up at noon but was unable to order until almost 1pm!!! Got kicked out of out seats there after being told with diamond status you can sit there. Cool. Our second to last day our room was never serviced, would have liked a freshly made bed on my last night of vacation but standards at this point are quite low. Top it off with being charged resort fees that once you are “diamond” are supposedly waived. Over $100 I should have been charged and it took a lot of back and fourth to get it refunded, despite the worker agreeing I never should have been charged that. All and all there are so many better places to stay in AC. Hard rock has a tier match incase anyone else is interested in making the switch. In addition to all of these personal mishaps, there’s barely any food spots open for lunch, many restaurants are only open a few days a week. This place leaves a lot to be desired.

Traveled with our son for a tournament. Stayed in the non smoking section but the hotel and rooms still reeked of cigarette and marijuana smoke. Our room was dirty with chips, garbage and hair all around on the floor. Continuous slamming of doors and screaming of drunks throughout the night made it hard to sleep. Wouldn’t recommend for people traveling with young kids or doing business. Probably a great place if you’re looking to party and be up all night.

The room was okay, but we were put in a room with an adjoining room door. Walls very thin could hear children yelling next door. Furniture and carpets were shabby. Bed cover stained. Rewards Card desk seemed entirely unstaffed every time I went by it. Stains on elevator doors, food on the main floor of elevator bank, pool attracts children so you have children somehow showing up to an adult casino in summer (as if this is a family environment?) Very few dining establishments compared to neighboring Borgata, couldn't even tell you where the buffett was, we never found it. Gordon Ramsay restaurant legit one of the most awful meals I've ever had and indigestion ruined our entire evening. Yeah, I don't think I'll be returning anytime soon.
Worst resort, stay away from this place.

Stay away from this place! They might have the slowest service of any hotel or resort anywhere. It took 25 minutes to get a coffee and a sandwich from the Starbucks on property. The pizza place line didn’t help one person for 10 minutes. They had a wrestling tournament for kids and shutdown the pool and arcade but still made you pay the resort fee. When we showed up, there was one towel in the bathroom. The front desk staff is non existent. They put a mandatory 15% tip and 5% service fee plus a tip on top…..meaning you tip at least 30% on everything for the slowest service I have experienced. They charged $28 for a bottle of wine at the gift shop that costs $10 at a normal liquor store.
