I booked a stay at Harrahs Resort in Atlantic City. I've been coming to this property for a very long time and the most recent stay put a sour taste to my mouth when I checked in. Upon checking in the Agent whom assisted did not give me a break down of the price when I inquired, she seem oblivious and not informative. The amount quoted to me prior to what she stated was a little off till I had to request to speak with the Manager (Yamira Perez). Ms. Perez had an agressive attitude when i wanted clarification of the room fee. At the end of the result we found accuracy to the room fee. At that moment I was okay. When going to the room i was given and inserting my key I found a couple in my room in which I found to be scary and a security issue. At that poiny i was livid and to why the agent would make that mistake in assigning me a room that was already occupied. I went back to the front desk to speak with the Manager. At this point i did not want to speak with Ms. Perez due to her recent attitude. I requested to speak to a manager whom was over Ms.Perez I and was informed one was not available. Ms. Perez still assisted me and I was very upset of the mishap the Agent did. I expressed my anger of the situation to Ms. perez and she was rude and combative of my situation. She came off as if she did not care of my situation. And advised me it was not the agents fault she gave me a room that was occupied. I asked where was her boss and she stated he was not availabe and she was the only manager on duty. I asked what was the name of her boss and she stated Carmen. She gave me a harsh apology and $50 for the inconvenience but I felt she was not sincere of my situation. As a Manager her demeanor could of been more pleasant instead of arrogant. Maybe if she made me feel welcome my attitude would of been a little more understanding. I called Harrahs corporate office only to be transferred back to Harrahs AC. And gave my complaint. I find it compelling there is no executive managment on-site to speak to when you have paying guest like my self who gamble shop and spend money at this resort. Next day I found and unfamiliar charge on my debit card and once again I had to see someone at the front desk. I ask the agent at the desk if Carmen was available and she stated he was there but could not speak with me but left a message with the agent to give me a number for any complaints I may have.

You can hear the people in the room next to you clearly, someone sneezed so loud I thought they were in our room! The shuttle service to Cesar’s and Bally’s was nice, found out about it from another guest, would’ve been nice if there was this type of info at check in
