Trip was average. Rooms at Harrahs are not modernized and need to be upgraded. Poor rewards credit system for table play. I spent over $3000 on this and other trips to the property and am routinely awarded between $30-$40 in comp credit. Food credits or some actual incentives to play would be appreciated.
Pleasantly Surprised!

I needed a quick solo getaway to decompress and focus on myself. I had never stayed in a room at Harrah’s before and had not been even in the casino there for a couple of years. I did a little research and reserved a room in the Coastal tower, which is a renovated area I believe. It was very nice and more spacious than I thought it would be. Beds were comfy and I was loving the shower head (although you must put a towel down or your bathroom floor will be soaked). I was very happy with the room. I enjoyed the casino, variety of table games and at different price points. Friday night I had no trouble finding a place to play. Early Saturday night tables were a little more difficult as not all the tables had dealers. That could have been because it was early-ish? I had a deep tissue massage at their spa which was lovely. Enjoyed the jacuzzi and lounger afterwards as you have access to the spa before or after your services. I also have to say that the staff I encountered were all friendly and helpful. When I got back to my room At 3am, my TV was not working. I called down and within 5 mins maintenance came to my room and fixed it quickly and quietly without any complaint of the time. Sunday the bell captain was super friendly and held my bags informally while I ran to get a coffee so I would not have to drag them with me. I didn’t eat at the sit down restaurants but they have an array of options. I did eat at buffet Sunday morning, which was good standard breakfast fare, but seemed a little pricey at $25. I will return.

The only thing they can do to make it more attractive to me is to install a crap machine, like other casinos out west have. The double down poker machines are so much fun. that's why I come here...More

Sorry Atlantic City we won’t be returning. Not even enough return on cash to play for an hour...

nice interior room on the 4th floor of Bayview tower is all I can say that was positive. The view over looking the pool equipment and cage over the top. Not sure what bay view they have been referring to. When I go gambling I’d prefer to have a section dedicated to smoking and being served with at least some water or a few sodas as I don’t drink alcohol, but it was awful putting it through the system every time only to wait over 30 minutes and in 4 days and 3 nights and $2200 later I was given one coffee, 4 Sierra mists and 5 waters the whole time... food was very limited to $14.25 sandwich at Guys Sammich, a 25 buck pizza at pinup pizza and $70 bucks for a meal for 2 at AC Burger, $100 for lunch for 3 at McCormick & Schmicks and finally went to Bally’s for $39.00 for pasta, salad and bread for 3 at Buca. The Slots were mostly old and so limited we couldn’t believe it in the small smoking sections of casino. The consensus of the 156 people who were with our chartered trip was that no one walked away very happy. I’ll stick with paying more to go to Laughlin or try Gulfport. I swear I was so excited initially that Atlantic City might have become my go to place because of the short flight time compared to four hours to Nevada, but it wasn’t to be... People with huge attitude rudeness and overall I’m just so bummed honestly and hope you’ll get honest reviews from the rest of my group too and they will be given consideration. I could go on and on about it in specific details but let’s put it this way. We arrived Friday and Saturday morning when I looked up a price to fly home it showed a flight for $11 grand... so of course unless I could have made it to Philly for commercial flight, you’re stuck!
