I’m a Seven Star player I love all carnival games & my wife is too she loves to play the slots machines. I’ve been very disappointed with Steve the floor person at swing shift he was arguing with Ms. J. Zhao & stated that he doesn’t care!!! No matter what happens customer’s always right!!! Before the shut down cause of COVID on March 3/14/20 Steve was eating Chinese Bun & helping him self to a bag full of buns. If he sees anybody carry a bag always ask what in it can I have it I’m hungry!!!! Most of the time if anybody cash change or cash out takes him forever to come dealer constantly calling him especially when needed new cards. He doesn’t want to do the count closing & putting player’s back in. He stated that he doesn’t care & don’t want to work just get paid!! The comps is not good comparing to all the casinos & No noodle bar Especially putting players on LOBBY Raelynn, & Joe assistant dual rate shift does it too!!! Bacarat is a game of patience we do have free hands. Almost every game is about patience I’ve played at day & grave shift none of the floor person does that. Only at swing!!!! Swing shift is a mess most of the dealer’s don’t know which table there’re going to be working at especially at pit 7. I’ve playing at Harrah’s almost 8 yrs just recently happened. Day shift & grave shift all the dealer’s know which table there’re going to be working at. Swing shift needs new scheduler or bring back the person that’s been doing it right!!! Poor management!! Day shift is Arlene perfect! No major issues!!! I don’t play at grave shift!!! Dealers are good but few supervisors are unprofessional and lazy !

Just got back from a birthday celebration- very fast check in.. Stayed in Bayview tower had a spacious clean Sanitary beautiful room. Rooms immediately available My friends in laguna had a nice room too. Ate at AC burger in which is in the hotel great service. Casino was fun. Precautions taken for Covid to prevent spread by wearing masks social distance when possible and sanitary measures taken by casino. Many of the Negative reviews aren’t fair the resort seems to be doing the best they can during a hard time. Nice get away thank you Harrah’s I enjoyed my stay.

I had a great time at Harrah's. However, I had some concerns. There were quite a few hand-sanitizing stations that were empty. I noticed the same with the wipe station. I highly suggest that they have staff to monitor these stations. My room was decent but there was a lot of dust by the laps. This was disconcerting since the lamp is a commonly used appliance. Therefore I don't think they cleaned the laps. Not good. I hope they work on this. Safety is very important especially during this time.

Given that it was my birthday earlier in the week and due to Covid I decided to do a getaway to your resort. After having dinner at a restaurant on site, I returned to my room at 9:45pm where I the smoke smell were really strong. At the same time we attempted to get ready for bed where we noticed the stain marks on the top sheet. I called the front desk to ask for new sheets and to ask if we could have a room change. I was informed that the room could not be changed due to the resort being fully booked but they would send sheets up. I waited an hour and at 10:45pm, called the front again and spoke to Media and was informed that she would follow up and assured me that someone would be up with the sheets. After waiting for 5 minutes I decided to remove the top sheet only to find the other layers of sheets including the mattress cover stained. I once again called downstairs and informed of my finding and asked for a complete bed set and asked that someone come and make the bed. I was informed that they do not make bed to which I voiced concerns as to the why. I was informed that the Housekeeping manager would be up to speak with me regarding this. Within 15 mins 2 housekeeping gentlemen arrived at my door with 3 flat sheets and 2 blankets. I inquired which of them was the housekeeping manager to which they informed that his name was Daniel and they would inform, him to come up to explain. After waiting until 11:44pm I went downstairs to the front desk to inquire about the bed issue. I was informed that Daniel would be up and I should go back to the room. I expressed my dissatisfaction and that all I wanted to do was have my bed made so I can go to bed as it has been a long day. I was reassured by the front desk manager that Daniel would be up. At 12:15am I called the front desk and was informed that they comped my room and that someone would still be up. At 12:41am I once again called and inquired about Daniel coming up as well as the full set of sheets as 3 sheets and 2 blankets was not sufficient for the 2 queen beds in the room.At 1am we fell asleep in the chairs as we did not feel comfortable sleeping in the bed. But as our luck continued as we pulled the curtains we noticed a large stain on the curtains as well. The next morning at 11:30am I go to the front desk and was informed that they changed my room to the Bayview Towers 19th floor. I went back to my room packed my bags and then went from the Waterfront towers to the Bayview Towers. Upon arrival I noticed that the sanitation sticker was not on the door and I tried my keys only to have them not work. I subsequently knocked only to have the patrons of the room inform that they were leaving soon. I then trekked back to the Waterfront Tower to leave my bags there. I went to lunch on site and was contacted at 1pm to inquire why my items were still in the Waterfront Tower room as they see that I have been moved to the Bayview Tower. The young lady then informed that the room was ready and I could proceed. I trekked back to the Waterfront Tower and grabbed my items and arrived at the Bayview Tower room. As I was about to enter, the housekeeping gentleman in the hall informed that he hadn't yet cleaned the room. So once again I had to go back to the front desk and speak to the Manager who once again changed my room, confirmed it was indeed clean and ready, and then because he felt bad issued a $150 credit to me. I must say that this was one of the worst experiences that I had at a hotel. I wanted to renew my relationship with Atlantic City, however, this was not the best way to do this. What was supposed to be a fun, relaxing birthday getaway became a weekend full of stress and irritation, one that made me regret leaving my house as when the front desk informed me to make my own bed, this was not ok.

Before coming, I saw a lot of the recent negative reviews. I work in hospitality, and I think a lot of people don't realize how difficult it is to provide a great experience while all the COVID restrictions are in place. However, I believe Harrah's nailed it. I come from NH where our restrictions are a lot more lax, and I was blown away with the level of hospitality Harrah's was able to provide given what they are working with.I don't come to Atlantic City often, and when I do I always stay at the Borgata. However, Harrah's kept sending me offers for a junket flight and stay so I figured I'd give it a try. For those who are thinking of doing a Caesar's Reward Air trip, I highly recommend it! Very well coordinated and a lot of fun.STAFF - This was the best part of my stay. Everyone who I encountered at Harrah's could not have been more professional. Front desk, dealers, restaurant staff, waiters, everyone. Dealers really make or break what casinos I chose to gamble in, and the one's at Harrah's were the perfect level of social and engaging. ROOM - Clean and comfortable. I stayed in an Oceanfront Tower room on the 42nd floor and had views of the strip, boardwalk, marina and neighboring casinos. The rooms was just as updated as the Borgata. I'm a clean freak when it comes to hotels and the first thing I do is rip the bed apart and check out the linens. Everything was spotless. Only recommendation I have is to improve the WiFi and possibly offer that for free as most properties do now.CASINO - Again, I was here during COVID so it's hard to get a very good impression. I'm mainly a blackjack player though, and I never had trouble finding a seat at a table. However, I'm not a fan of the shuffler machines and there was only one table open with a traditional card shoe. But one was all I needed. Seemed to be a good variety of games and slots.RESTAURANTS - Plenty of variety and was your traditional casino fare - casual, steakhouse, seafood, Italian, burgers, pizza, high end, low end, etc. The 24/7 cafe actually has a really good selection compared to a lot of late night offerings at other properties. One comment I have just in general is that Atlantic City casino restaurants seem to close pretty early overall. I've noticed that during all my stays. So if you're like me and eat late, your options are somewhat limited.AMENITIES - The pool was closed due to COVID, but the indoor "dome" pool looked really cool and I can't wait to come back and check it out once things return to normal.CAESAR'S REWARD AIR - I tried researching this before I left, but couldn't find much info so I figure I'd provide an overview for anyone that is curious. I booked a rewards flight for a 3 night stay leaving Manchester, NH to AC. I paid a $35 booking fee which included flight, hotel and ground transportation. You don't get much information ahead of time, but don't panic. They e-mail out the itinerary information about a week in advance. At my home airport, there was a special check-in counter and a coordinator to point everyone in the right direction. There they will check your bags and give you a boarding pass. The plane was a chartered 737-400 operated by Swift Air (iAero). They assign seats, but spaced everyone properly. I had a row to myself. On arrival, you just follow the group out past the baggage claim and they put you on a charted bus. The bus arrives at your hotel and you get in a special line for check-in. Overall the process and was pretty quick and seamless. I highly recommend doing one of these junkets!OVERALL - I don't usually write long reviews, but felt I had to given the limited trip reports on rewards flights and the recent reviews on this website. I had a great experience, and the staff was truly the crown jewel of my trip. I didn't do to well in the casino, but the overall experience made it well worth it. My one suggestion would be adding a concierge desk. I understand that for reservations and such the rewards desk or front desk can handle that, but I'm more likely to stay on property when I can get the lay of the land from a concierge that can tell me all there is to see and do.Bravo to Harrah's for their handling of the COVID situation and to their staff that continue to work hard and put a smile on during all the craziness. Harrah's will be my new go-to when I travel to AC.
