I had the atrium suite booked, asked for an upgrade that was 200 per night. The room had a great view but the room was filthy. Every square inch of the carpet was either stained or ripped, the walls covered in scratches, even the light switch when you first enter is broken/open which I can’t imagine could be safe.When I got back from spending quite a bit of cash at the high roller slot tournament at caesars and finally had time to see the room(not just getting ready as fast as possible earlier) I realized just how awful it was. I called the front desk, let them know the issues, they offered costal tower suite and I had to come down to the desk. Had bell desk come get my stuff, and he saw how bad the room was just from a look inside while grabbing my bags. He said make sure they give me a high floor at least.Leandra at the diamond line was the most unprofessional, rudest agent I have ever met. She berated me like this was my fault, wouldnt even look at the photos, wouldn’t let me finish speaking, went on a tirade about lazy people on unemployment not wanting to work… I asked for a high floor, I got a 6th floor room with a view of bird poop covered roofs and a bridge. She offered no alternative. I did ask for a manager but it was so late and my feet hurt so much I just took the keys when she acted like I’d have to wait a long time. She quickly said we will take off 50 dollars, I didn’t have it in me to argue because of how badly the agent was behaving. When the bell desk guy brought my bags up, he apologized profusely and was so nice.Next morning from the AC costal dining was unedible- The restaurant was closed by the time I went down to take them the inedible food ask for the money back for the steak(ordered med rare- its so overcooked and fatty you cant cut into it except the center with the plastic utenils) and completely overcooked over easy eggs… and I was not going back to the front desk after Leandra’s tirade the night before.Sent my “host” at caesars an email when the room service incident occurred but he never responded and my calls always go to voicemail.Good thing I am also mlife gold(nearly platinum) and my offers are better at Borgata and in Las Vegas. This is our breakup letter Caesars Entertainment. Buh bye.

I booked a stay here for my anniversary and left hating the whole experience and remembering this anniversary in a very negative way. I booked a newly renovated room with a bay view and loved it when I first walked in. It quickly went downhill from there. My fiancé and I watched a roach crawl out of the bed. I call the front desk immediately and while waiting on hold 2 more roaches crawl on top of dresser area. The front desk Shawna I spoke with was very dismissive and ignorant to say the least. She said she can move us to a different room. She then states she is moving us to “the oldest tower they have” because “that’s all they have left”. They moved us to a WORSE room type that is NOT newly renovated and had a worse view. That is not what I paid for… Then once settling in the new room we notice ANOTHER roach… I immediately call them again wanting to speak to a manager and they said all they can do is switch our room again. They never let me speak to a manager as well. How can you switch it again if all you had left the first time was this one room that is outdated and not what I paid for? Seems like this is an ongoing problem. Also received no housekeeping. Left Wednesday morning at 7:30 am so we wouldn’t run into housekeeping and so they could come in and clean. We arrive back at our room after 1pm and housekeeping never came in and never came after that as well. This is seriously disappointing and the staff does not care about your experience at all.

This hotel was a great place at one time. You now have to pay 20.00 a day if you want to go to pool, there are 3 hot tubs only one is working. The Buffet is now a high rollers joint.No where to eat...More

No maid service. The pool is closed this one kids could go to. only comp drinks at bar if you are playing max all the time . they took all the fun away. talked to many people that were there and they said they are not coming back ever again

Dirty room ripped furniture, ripped walls stained bathrooms they charge you for everything there really was nothing positive smoke free room smelled like stale cigar and the hallway smells like pot! Go anywhere but there this place is a joke!!

Checked in at 6:30 PM after a 7 hour train ride. My 75 yr old sister and I were exhausted but used express checkin and I thought so far so good. Upon arrival to our room I quickly discovered it was not serviced. I had ordered a nonsmoking, waterview room and got a smoking pool roof view. The room was filthy dirty ashtrays, beds unmade, no clean towels, bathroom lights didn’t work, broken furniture (i’m not talking wear and tear) this was dirt. I immediately called the front desk for a new room which they did not offer I was told do not put the do not disturb sign on your door and it will be serviced. Wait an hour for a maid and in the interim we cloroxed everything in sight. At 8:10 called down asked where the maid was and asked for a coffee pot. At 9:00 I called down to speak with manager and was told there is no manager on site (I was told this for the next 2 days there was no manager available). I requested bedding be sent up as the rude front desk person Said not only no manager but we don’t do maid service so there will be no maid. They dispatched a gentleman to see what we needed between him and the stocked maids cart in the hall I serviced the room at 9:00 pm myself. The attached pics say it all. I wrote them a letter as no manager was available our entire stay, I requested a refund and still have not heard a word. Note they do not have a free shuttle that would make it easy to leave and check in elsewhere late at night. Can’t say enough do not stay here. 5 star resort is a joke. Soured me not only on Caesar Resorts but Atlantic City as well. They definitely need education on customer service/satisfaction.
